In fantastic Salento, between the valley of the trulli and the capital of Ancient Greece, prestigious villa for large families, garden, air conditioned rooms, terraces, very quiet, with every comfort, modern furniture, in a holiday resort prestigious. The price includes: all utilities, linen provided, final cleaning, wifi, air conditioning, use of the garden.

The villa has two apartments with separate entrances, each apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests.
The estimated price for the summer period (01/06/2016 - 31/09/2016) is for renting the villa (2 apartments, max 14 people), for smaller groups contact me privately.

We were an extended family group in town for a wedding. The rooms, each with a bathroom worked great for us. We loved the outside sitting area in the back with tables and shade. Easy walking to both coffee in the morning and beach. Property was very safe. Very easy to get in touch with someone who responded quickly and offered great recommendations for local places. Highly recommend.

Großartige Ferienwohnung eines großartigen Gastgebers!

Wir durften letzte Woche in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Tenna unseren Urlaub genießen. Der Vater von Flavio, Leo, empfing uns bei der Ankunft und zeigte uns die Ferienwohnung. Er war pünktlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Anschließend fuhr er mit uns eine kleine Runde durch die Nachbarschaft und zeigte uns empfehlenswerte Points of Interests wie Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants und Märkte. Nun zur Ferienwohnung: Die Wohnung ist absolut ident mit den gezeigten Bildern auf der Website. Das Haus dürfte nicht älter als 2 Jahre sein - alles ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über eine erstklassige (selbst regelbare) Klimatisierung, die einem vor allem das Schlafen in solch heißen Gegenden sehr erträglich gestaltet. Das aller aller Wichtigste aber am Quartier: es ist extrem sauber und ordentlich. Es wurde sogar während unseres Aufenthalts durch eine Reinigungskraft gratis gereinigt. Haus und Nachbarschaft: Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein wunderschöner Garten mit genug Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Garten ist ordentlich und gepflegt und sogar für unsere zwei Mietautos war im "Vorhof" ausreichend Platz. Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm ruhig. In 5 Geh-Minuten erreicht man den traumhaften Strand "Sun Bay", der absolutes karibisches Meerwasser bietet. Man musste zwar Eintritt zahlen (18€ für 2 Personen + 2 Liegen + 1 Sonnenschirm) - dieser war aber angesichts der Sauberkeit und Qualität der Anlage absolut gerechtfertigt. Zudem bietet diese Anlage auch ein erstklassiges Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung, in dem man am Abend preiswert und gut speisen kann. Was man noch wissen sollte, wenn man eine Reise nach Apulien andenkt: Die Einheimischen dieser sind nicht wirklich auf Tourismus eingestellt. Zwar hat man in touristischen Zentren wie Alberobello, Matera und Gallipoli schon den Hauch eines Tourismusgebiets - nicht aber wie man das aus anderen Gebieten/Ländern kennt. Viele Leute sprechen kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation manchmal schwierig macht. Manche Leute reagieren auf ausländische Touristen fast ein wenig ignorant und unfreundlich. Das war unsere Erfahrung. Das soll aber niemanden abschrecken. Wir durften zahlreiche nette und bemühte Menschen, wie auch die Familie Tenna kennenlernen. Liebe Familie Tenna. Casa curata e molto pulita conforme alle foto presentate nell''annuncio, Compreso il contesto intorno alla casa stessa. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili alle nostre esigenze , sicuramente si e' invogliati a ritornarci .

Casa ampia, ben attrezzat...

Casa ampia, ben attrezzata, comoda e funzionale, fresca in estate nonostante la calura. Attorno vi è una magnifica proprietà con pineta, varie specie di alberi. Collocata in modo perfetto per visitare tutta la splendida litoranea di Taranto. Flavio, il proprietario, è molto gentile, disponibile e prodiga di ottimi consigli. Da raccomandare da tutti i punti di vista.
