Located in Nice in the Carré d'Or and close to the pedestrian street and the Promenade des Anglais, VUE MAGENTA is an air-conditioned apartment with a small balcony of 60 m² for seasonal rental renovated, furnished and comfortably equipped. Ideally located because you will be a few steps from all amenities and the sea. You will be on La Promenade des Anglais in 5 minutes on foot. You will appreciate the charm of this charming apartment ideal for vacation rentals or short stays.



Located on the 4th floor with elevator, fully equipped and able to accommodate 2 people, this vacation rental consists of a fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the dining area, a beautiful bright living room with sofa and armchairs. bedroom with skylight and a large 160 cm Queen size bed, a bathroom with WC and shower. A small balcony with table and chairs completes this apartment.



It is the ideal place to spend a great holiday near the sea, the Promenade des Anglais and the old town! You will find all the comforts there: restaurants, supermarket, butcher, bakery, etc. The tram is not far from the apartment and the bus line runs on the boulevard. You can visit Nice very quickly with the new tram line going from east to west.

VUE MAGENTA AP4188 by Riviera Holiday Homes - August

This apartment was a fantastic home base for our 10 day stay in Nice! Tons of space, lots of natural light, a beautiful balcony, really central location and pretty much everything you need. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helped set up a taxi transfer upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!
