We loved this location for ease to get to the sea, promenade, enjoying Nice Old Town, the daily market, walking to the marina area, train, bus, and tram stations and enjoying evening walks to enjoy the lights and sounds of Nice.

I `am so pleased you enjoyed your stay. It was ab pleasure to host you. Scott
This is a great location in old town Nice, right on the Cours Saleya market and less than a block to the promenade and beach. Close to restaurants and bars and all the attractions that Nice has to offer. The unit is well equipped with 2bedrooms, living and dining area.
Great location, good sized two bedroom apartment , extremely well equipped have thought of most things you could need.
Highly recommend is perfect for two couples !
Can be a little noisy at night but wake up in a great location. Closing the windows did the trick or earplugs.
Cozy, well equipped and comfortable. Market and restaurants out the front door!
Would definitely recommend and return.
A wonderful location with fresh produce at the market just outside the door and lots of great restaurants in the streets behind. It was also a perfect base for exploring Antibes, the ceramics museum at Vallauris, the Maeght Fondation at St Paul de Vence, and in the other direction, the Eileen Grey and Corbusier places at Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, followed by lunch at Villefranche sur Mer. We loved our stay, thank you!
Brilliant location, nice furniture, well equiped. Quite "vibrant" location- you need to love the pulsating life at the old market. Fast response from service team/landlord.

Lovely place, ideally situated
Overall enjoyable, right in front of market. Do not take too much luggage since the appartment is on 4th floor with no lift. Bathroom is tiny!
My partner and I had travelled from the Uk to take part in a 50km race from Eze to Nice .. we were so lucky to find an apartment within a short walk from the finish line .. The apartment was perfect.. we had all we needed.. Deva was quick to respond to any questions.. highly recommended 😊
Wonderful stay, roomy apartment. Manager was very prompt and responsive with questions and concerns. My friend and I had our own private space and lovely being able to hang in the living room together and at the large table for a meal. The location is wonderful for access to all things Nice. And, there is no getting around the noise level, beat to accept it. It makes a considerable difference if you shut the windows and there are fans if it gets stuffy. Great to have a clothes washer and the kitchen had all the things needed. Would definitely stay again!

Kathryn, Thank you for your stay. You are welcome back! Scott
We loved this place! Very nice accommodations and close to everything :) We also definitely got some exercise climbing the 64 stairs to and from the apartment (No elevator everyone!). This did not detract from the stay at all!! There were also plenty of towels and TP to last 3 women the full 6 day trip. Only detract was that we couldn’t figure out how to get the sound to work when we used the DVD player (not that we spent much time inside!) The bartenders and waitresses at the surrounding restaurants also added so much to our trip!
Perfect property for 2-4 people - centrally located in Old Nice and on the doorstep of the Promenade D'Anglais and all the restaurants/shops/markets of Old Nice. The flat is welcoming and comfortable although, be warned, this isn't the flat for you if you have mobility issues as you have many steps to climb before you reach the apartment. There are no lifts so if your case if heavy, you'll have quite the workout getting it upstairs. I would most definitely return again however as the location was perfect.
Best possible location if you want to be in walking distance both to beach (not sure if it is even 200m) and for shopping in the city plus Vieux Nice all at the same time. Perfect spot to combine a city trip and a beach vacation. Apartment is well designed and has everything needed. Photos are very accurate of how it really is. Yes it's not entirely quiet but not a problem, also high enough. We kept coming back unplanned with two kids for four consecutive years because everything fitted so well. Great host, great service. Turned out to be like coming home.

Great location
The apartment is in a great location. The daily market is just outside the front door, the entrance to the parking structure (I would strongly advise to book in advance at Indigo.com for your stay. It save a lot of money and saves headaches rather than trying to figure it out after arrival), and the sea is literally a block away. Be aware that being in the thick of things comes along with it being a bit noisy at night and early in the morning, but that's part of city life. I found the guest bed mattress highly uncomfortable and shared that with the very nice owner. A few minor ugrades and better communication from the property manager and I'd give it 5 stars.
The apartment is weary nice located on cours saleya. But even closer to the old town. It’s big and has many windows. There is a parking underground 50meters from the apartment 1.9m high cars. If you have a bigger car like me it’s a garage called sultzer just 400meters away. It’s no air con. If you’re not used to hot weather it might be hard. For me it was enough with the fans in the apartment but for others it can be problem in summertime. The apartment have everything you need like iron, towels, hairdryer. Marina who checked us in was lovely and gave us some supplies for the beach. Overall a really nice apartment in Nice. Tho I have to say that the 3 stairs up are more like 5 stairs!

Centrally located apartment in old town
The location is excellent with shops, the market and the beach all nearby. The beach mats and umbrella were put to good use! Valerie met us at the apartment and provided some good tips for seeing and staying in Nice. There is no air conditioning so in the heat of July/August you have to leave the windows open and being in the center of the city, the restaraunts and bars below are very noisy, followed by the garbage collection and street cleaning. We did not get much sleep over the week. The apartment feels like a pure rental unit and shows it’s age. The beds are not very comfortable. The kitchen has sufficient utensils but lacked basic supplies. We enjoyed Nice, especially the old town, but would look for an apartment with air conditioning if we were to visit again in the summer months.

In the old own in Nice listed building are restricted as to what they can display on the exterior of the buildings. Consequently air conditioning is something that is not possible. Usually the fans suffice.
I am sorry you felt the apartment was average. This doesn't reflect what most people review and the rapport quality price is excellent for the location and space.
Very pleased you enjoyed the location and Nice, and sorry that you won't be back.

Charming and Complete - All One Could Wish For
With the apartment being in the heart of Old Town Nice (Vieille Ville) one could not ask for a more rewarding and rich experience during our month-long stay in Nice. Having the Cours Saleya and Marché aux Fleurs right outside the front door made the location one that seemed part of a French fairytale. Within a mere block or two there are a number of fine bakeries, excellent restaurants, great coffee shops and all the amenities one could wish for. Then there's the Promenade des Anglais, a must-do walkway along the beaches that separate Nice from the Mediterranean. The promenade extends 7km, all the way from the airport to the Quai des États-Unis and is a 2 minute start from your front door. So, location, location, location wins the focus of this charming apartment. You can't beat it.
The apartment itself is on the third floor, and it has no lift, but the stairs are easily managed (sans luggage) and give one that once or twice-a-day opportunity to strengthen the legs since Nice is a walking city for sure. We walked everywhere, only once renting a car to drive into Italy which is only an hour or so away. The apartment is quaint and charming with all that you need for your stay. It is quite an old building (you're in old town remember) so the added character of age and irregularities accentuate the charm already in place.
There were only two of us but the larger than usual size and floor plan could easily accommodate 4 people without bumping into each other's toes. Being right in the heart of Old Town activity, the sound levels from the street would often rise to our attention, but, when it was time for quiet, the double pane windows sealed out the ground floor energy and gave us complete peace and privacy.
We definitely will put this property on our return list of accommodations when it comes time to revisit the south of France and the charming city of Nice

I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Nice and that you are looking forward to returning. You are welcome. Thank you also for your very comprehensive review which I am sure will be appreciated by future visitors too. They unfortunately can't see some of the beautiful paintings you made whilst there - Guess they'll have to use their eyes instead.
