Posizione ottima, immobile da ristrutturare

Immobile chiuso non so da quanto tempo ed appena entrati un forte ed intenso mal odore di chiuso e non pulito (sia sui cuscini del letto matrimoniale che sopra un lenzuolo del letto a castello, c’erano pappataci morti). Una stanza con il letto a castello è definita nell'annuncio come camera ma in realtà è un ripostiglio adattato a camera. Il bagno non è fruibile da una famiglia di 5 persone, non c'è nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare gli spazzoli da denti, il dentifricio ed il sapone. La corda dello scarico è rotta, nel ns caso solo 1 componente della famiglia su 5 riusciva a scaricare l'acqua. La doccia è protetta da una tenda non sufficiente a trattenere l'acqua, non c'è un tappetto da bagno nè uno scarico a terra per l'acqua quindi il bagno si allaga. Peccato perchè la posizione è veramente strategica, in riva al mare, nel centro pedonale del paese e con parcheggio auto privato. Basterebbe veramente poco per migliorare l'immobile
