This brand new, three-bedroom, sea view villa is located in a quiet area of Kapparis, only 600 metres from the beach.
The ground floor features beautifully furnished living room which opens to a spacious swimming pool area, a guest toilet and dining area with kitchen which sliding doors open to a shaded veranda.
The marble staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a family bathroom and three bedrooms of which master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower room.
All bedrooms enjoy a partial sea views.

Nice place, off the beaten track

Nice 3-bedroom villa. Not too big, but comfortable. Everything worked well. In the fields at the edge of Paralimni, definitely need a car.

Relaxing break

The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean and comfortable and made a good base for our holiday.

Nearly new villa in Kapparis

We’ve used villas2let a few times times now. The people are lovely and easy to deal with and the service is great. We loved the villa. Nice pool (a little bigger than standard for these villas) and the villa itself was clean, large enough to cater for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) and had everything we need. The rental did seem expensive this year (compared to our friends with similar villas in similar locations) but it’s been a funny few years.
