"We stayed in the apartme...

"We stayed in the apartment for five nights in mid-December. We really enjoyed our winter stay in Venice. Both Sergio and his wife were very easy to deal with and made us feel very welcome. They dealt with our enquiries and the minor hiccups that inevitably occur efficiently and in a friendly manner. The apartment is well appointed, roomy and warm and exceeded all of our expectations. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We found the apartment conveniently located close to the S Alvise vaporetto stop and close to a big supermarket, although finding the supermarket can be a challenge. It was also within easy walking distance of the main pedestrian thoroughfare from the station to San Marco. When we return to Venice for our third visit we will happily stay at Sergio's apartment."

Lovely memories of Venice

We felt so fortunate to come across this property in VRBO. It sits in a quiet and lovely neighborhood in Venice next to a lovely park and a convenient stop with the water taxi. The only unfortunate aspect? Not enough time. We would have loved to stay here longer. We felt as if we were just beginning to learn about the neighborhood, and all of the wonderful people who make Venice so special. We will remember our time with family in Venice fondly. Thank you!

Appartement fonctionnel, calme

Appartement fonctionnel, bien meublé, idéal pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants, au 1er étage, surface idéale pour séjour 1 semaine. Environnement très calme, un parc à côté, les restaurants de la Fondamenta de la Misericordia à 5 min à pied ;-) Arrêt Vapporetto à 3 min à pied, très pratique. Rien ne manque sauf peut-être une machine à laver ;-) Sergio hôte de confiance.
