The Garden Level Suite is completely private from the Upper Level Suite, each one with private entrances at opposite ends of the property, separated by hedges. Each suite has their own large private yard and deck with no shared areas whatsoever.

Please note for monthly rentals, utilities are not included in the rates. The utilities are shared 2/3 for Upper Level Suite and 1/3 for Garden Level Suite.

Great upgrade, great stay

We were due to be in the garden suite which became unavailable so dan automatically upgraded us to the upper suite. A significant space, with all facilities and lots of extras. We could not have done without a car and with it was easy access to the city and other routes. Dan was great at keeping us updated on plans and replied quickly to queries.

Beautiful, spacious, new and affordable!

Our stay was the best and unbelievably wonderful experience ever. This isn't just a place to stay, it is place that you can spend your vacation at. This property is a paradise that combines luxury indoor living with a dream deck Jacuzzi and yard located in the nature under enormous trees and a crystal clear water creek. All inside your yard! The owner, Daniel Ko, provided us with an excellent customer service. We highly recommend this vacation property. The price is also a factor: any other property for vacation rent in West Vancouver that would offer similar accommodation would be priced from $600 to $1,000 per day, The rent that we paid was very affordable for this location and accommodation. We give 5 stars rating with no hesitation. Rosie and Sonny, and kids.

Peaceful and relaxing but so close to the city

We spent 2 weeks in West Van and were very comfortable in this property. The owner was amazing and checked in on us with messages to see if there was ever anything that we needed and if we did he responded right away. The deck and back yard were amazing and my son loved playing by the creek and looking for fish. There were no negatives the whole time we were there and would not hesitate to go back.

spacious and restful

We were in West Van for a wedding and this was ideal for our family and some visitors for the after breakfast. We loved the setting with such a large deck in the trees. The suite was clean and the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything(except an espresso machine for my son-in-law). Unfortunately the temperature control for the hot tub is inconsistent so it was either too hot or too cool at the times we wanted to use it. There is an issue with the washing machine also that left some of the towels less that fresh smelling but some were just fine. The location was close enough for shopping and walking in Ambleside. I would have no qualms about staying again as the communication and willingness to accommodate our needs was excellent.

In 2010, the property was also rented out for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. We enjoyed hosting many international people and have decided to also move into the Vacation Rental Business as well as our Executive Rentals

We feel this property is in the best location and environment possible. The property literally makes you feel like you are in the middle of a natural oasis, and yet it is minutes away from all amenities, shopping, restaurants, parks , beaches, and mountains.

The property was completely re-designed and re-built in 2009 by a professional architect, structural engineer and top local designer. We have had guests such as Corporate Executives, University Staff, Visiting Surgeons, Entertainment Executives, and Olympic Athletes stay at our property and they have all raved about the property and location.
