Clean and Comfy

The apartment is very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with owners was excellent. They also provided us with a portable crib and high chair upon request. Would stay here again!

Lovely place

A friend and I had a little getaway here - beautiful complex, easy to find, close to Deep Cove and great restaurants, places to stroll, kayaking, all amenities. The condo was spotlessly clean, had a nice patio backing onto the forest, and a super nice big kitchen.Art was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The location worked out well for us to visit family that lives in the same area. The unit was very clean. We didn’t use the extra facilities or spend time on the balcony due to the weather. We only communicated with the host via the messages on VRBO. The use of the key fobs could have been explained more clearly.

No justification for WOW

This is a unremarkable condo. It is a new condo with a small bedrooms, small bathrooms and small living room. The kitchen area was nice but not WOW. The condo had a small balcony that had a view of trees, but no WOW. The property manager asked me what was wrong with me that I couldn't respond to his Vrbo messages ( my cell carrier had not added international roaming data) . When he told me where to park he said there was no point in telling me were to park because I was old and would not remember the parking stall number.

Art's place is 10/5 stars. I've never stayed in such an amazing place. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The view from the unit was amazing and Art was more responsive than any other host I've ever experienced. He was super nice and super kind and super helpful. I plan to stay here again but much longer than 7 days. If you're reading this, I hope you get a chance to stay here as well.

Brand new condo in North Vancouver!

Absolutely spotless and great value condo!! Linens smelled amazing! Communication with host was great! Pool table in the games room was a nice bonus :)
