Come and be our guest in our fully furnished designer coach house at W 16 Ave @ Blenheim. Right on the border of Arbutus / Kitsilano / Point Grey and close to YVR, UBC, beaches, Pacific Spirit forest & tons of trendy shopping streets. Excellent location if you want to explore all parts of the Lower Mainland. Fully furnished with all the bells & whistles complete with an exterior deck with BBQ. Adjacent to a beautifully landscaped backyard entry. Minimum 3 month stay.

- No smoking, vaping, or drinking in the lane

Outstanding Property

Bright, clean, modern, well equipped laneway house. Host is attentive and friendly. We were in for 10 weeks while our home was undergoing renovations. A pleasure to stay.

Beautiful coach house

I have a great experience during my stay in this modern beautiful coach house. It is very clean with a great functional layout just feels like my home. Eric is very friendly and communicative during my stay. The location is very convenient and in a very safe neighborhood. It is very close to bus stops, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores either on West Broadway or West 16th. I have a wonderful stay in this coach house. Thank you, Eric.

Comfortable bungalow in great location

We had a great stay at Eric's place. Communication was good and check-in was easy. The house was spotless and a good size for two adults, a small child (who just said that he found his bed comfortable), and a dog. The location was superb - a 2min drive to the trails in Pacific Spirit, short walk to tons of good restaurants on Broadway, and a short bike ride to the beach and seawall trails. And dog walking through the Kitsilano neighborhood just north of 16th is shady and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Bright and new

This property is very bright , clean and new. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is in a nice quiet area but you can still easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
