Right on the border of Arbutus / Kitsilano / Point Grey and close to YVR, UBC, beaches, Pacific Spirit forest & tons of trendy shopping streets. Excellent location if you want to explore all parts of the Lower Mainland. Fully furnished with all the bells & whistles complete with an exterior deck with BBQ. Adjacent to a beautifully landscaped backyard entry. Minimum 3 month stay.
