Welcome to your peaceful space on the ground floor with two bedrooms in one of the best neighbourhoods in East Vancouver. We are located 12 min walk from the skytrain (or 4 min by bus), which will take you Downtown in 17 min. Groceries, restaurants, a big rainforest park is a walk away. Clean modern accommodation in a perfect location.
Self check in. Free street parking.

When booking, please let us know at which time you are planning to arrive and who travels with you. This helps the host to better prepare the place for guests.

Amazing stay

The owner was being really helpful and check-in was simple as instructed. The place was clean and looked even better than the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent place for families

We had an excellent time at Marina's apartment! She is so kind and her home had everything we needed. We were concerned as her home is above the apartment and we had our two daughters ages 6 and 7 with us but noise didn't seem to be a problem. You can hear some light foot steps at times upstairs but nothing to lose sleep over or anything like that! Overall great place for your trip to Vancouver:)

Clean stay in Vancouver

Marina made the perfect Euroflat for our one night in Vancouver. The beds are comfy and rooms separated by a tiny tv room. Without daylight and WiFi this isn’t an extended stay option but her gardens are lovely and the neighborhood has great restaurants. We loved our super tidy overnight that

Comfortable experience

This property is new on Home Stays. It was very clean and well outfitted. In a very clean, safe and quiet location thus good sleeping conditions.

Surbaban stay

Vancouver is a great place to visit and this location although a little outside the city was convenient. With a car, the location was easy to get about and parking was plentiful. Communication was easy. The place was as expected, although a few quirky notes plasted about regarding do and donts (such as - only use fan in bathroom when absolutely necessary, don't close cupboard door, arrange time to use laundry) were not the standard quiet hours, no smoking etc. You can hear people walking about upstairs so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. Overall a nice place.
