Hosting two bedrooms: one king-size double and a further double, able to sleep a total of four guests with a ground-floor shower room and timber sauna. Completing the interior is a galley kitchen and dining area, sitting room with an open fire. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking. The Boot Room is a wonderful choice for a rural break near Ribchester.
