Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the third floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed , and a living room with 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and air conditioning. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Beautiful town, great apartment!

The location of the apartment is exceptional: a one minute walk from the bus (several lines), five minutes to Bologna Central Station, very close to the city center, in a perfectly safe neighbourhood and in a very quiet street, with restaurants, supermarkets, bars and other shops nearby. All the facilities and details described on the website are true: the apartment is big enough, charming, elegant, comfortable, very clean. The contact was always very easy and fast, and Paolo was a very nice, professional, friendly and helpful host. The vacation in Bologna was a wonderful and unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have chosen a better apartment. We highly recommend this Polese 36 apartment with a sunny patio!
