Main floor: New fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with large granite island (seats 4) open to the dining area (seats 10), and cozy living room with a sectional sofa, widescreen TV, stereo and fireplace. Off of the kitchen, there is a large deck with a grill and access to the backyard. Second living room with a gas fireplace, cozy and perfect to fall asleep while reading while the kids watch a movie.
