Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking pool & gardens. Outside is spacious garden (approx 1000m2), new car port offering private shaded parking for 2 cars , the garden is walled and offers good privacy from neighbouring properties. Private swimming pool with poolside shaded terrace, offering dining table for 6 persons and seating area, additional dining table for 4 persons , great beach location with pretty surroundings - all amenities within walking distance - choice of 3 local beaches within 5 – 10 minutes walking distance.

Established nearly 40 years ago Cabo Roig is without a doubt one of the finest and most sought after places to live on the Southern Costa Blanca, often referred to as the Jewel in the crown, with its wide palm tree lined roads, relaxed sea side atmosphere and charming individual detached villas. The villa is located on Calle Grumete, Cabo Roig. There are approx 6 local bars/cafes/restaurants plus large supermarket within a quick walking distance ( less than 5 minutes walk), plus many more restaurants, bars, cafe,s shops, banks, supermarkets etc within 10 -15 minutes walk. The villa is just a few minutes walk to the sea front with superb golden sandy beaches only 5 - 7 minutes walk away.

We have two airports within 55 minute drive Alicante airport & Murcia international airport .

Family holiday

The agency responded very quickly when we had a problem. The house facilities were good however it could definately do with a good freshen up. The shower heads were green with lime scale the shower cubicles themselves could do with a good clean., the sheets don’t fit the beds they constantly come off when your asleep. The outside area is good but again could really do with a good clean and a coat of paint.

Die Lage der Villa ist super, die Strände sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell im La Zenia Boulevard Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants und Golfplätzen. Die Badezimmer, besonders die Duschen sind sehr geräumig und es funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Die Internet Anbindung ist perfekt - da Glasfaser. Locker 300 MBit symmetrisch per WLAN, das ist super. Das Mobiliar im Erdgeschoss ist leider nicht mehr so gut, sowohl die Sitzmöbel und die Betten im EG sind eher abgenutzt. Die Treppe nach oben hat keinen Handlauf, das ist gewöhnungs bedürftig.
