Great Stay, Awesome Location

Comfortable, clean, secure and super location in Granada. Walkable to everything and lots of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Staff was friendly, pro-active and went out of their way to make sure we had a great 1 week stay. Highly recommended!

Terrible Experience

We checked in right after Xmas. The heat was not on in the accommodations, and there was no indication from the host that the heat would not be turned on. When I awoke the next morning cold because it was only 14 (58F) in the apartment, I complained. I was told that the radiant floor heat wasn’t turned on for short stays (I stayed 2 nights), but was never told that the air conditioner (not turned on) heated the apartment on short stays. There was nothing of that in the listing, instructions sent, or otherwise. The host told me he sent me the instructions via text, but the text only talked about air conditioning.The host refused to acknowledge their error, lied about it, and then tried to gaslight me by saying I had not following non-existent directions was the reason they neglected to turn on the heat.And here’s the question that was never answered: why wasn’t any heating system turned on for my stay in the middle of winter? Apparently, it was my fault, according to the host. Would not recommend.

Good morning Eric, thank you for your comments about your stay. As you know the instructions were sent by whatsappa to your niece who was the valid interlocution as you have no other means of communication in Spain, you also had a manual in the apartament with all the indications about heating. On the other hand the heating control clearly indicates ‘do not touch’ as it is not in operation for short stays as it is not operative and on the other hand the air conditioning heat pump is much faster and more efficient. Despite all these explanations and indications your answers through the application were insults, vexatious comments and a despotism out of place with an unusual level of bad manners which caused the complaint to Vrbo about your attitude. As it turned out, the whole point of the whole thing was to get a free night, which we refused at all times. Thank you and best regards and we hope that your manners will be more appropriate on future stays.

Insonorización excelente. Limpio, bien equipado y bien mantenido. La ubicación es excelente : apartado del centro histórico lo justo para descansar bien y en 8 minutos estás en la Catedral. Aparcamiento público incluído con fácil acceso y parking moderno y perfecto, a unos 100 metros. Aire acondicionado estupendo y mucha luz natural. Las anfitrionas son muy profesionales.

Très agréable séjour au coeur de Grenade ...

Ce séjour aurait été parfait si une coupure d'eau à notre arrivée n'avait pas eu lieu . Après 12 heures de route ,nous pensions nous laver les mains , nous doucher et profiter de notre première soirée andalouse . Au lieu de ça ,nous avons du sortir pour diner et nous rafraichir .. Je sais que le loueur n'y est pour rien mais nous avons été tellement déçus .. Merci de son intervention pour ramener l'eau vers 21h30/22h .Sinon c'est un joli appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé . Dans la cuisine , il manque un plateau plastique sous l'égouttoir à vaisselle . Merci pour l'accueil qui nous a été réservé ...

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en Granada con dos bebés (2 años y 2 meses). El apartamento es cómodo, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar incluso si vas con niños pequeños y está muy bien ubicado para moverte a cualquier zona de la ciudad. Ubicación suficientemente cerca de todo, con la ventaja de tener aparcamiento en el mismo edificio. Poco menaje: faltaban rallador de queso, colador, tazones grandes de desayuno, batidora. La ducha del dormitorio de dos camas funciona mal de termostato.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con una ubicación inmejorable, se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio céntrico sin necesidad de coger el coche, y al tener parking en el mismo bloque de apartamentos te quedas muy tranquilo. La única pega es que la persona que durmió en el sofá del salón, no pudo dormir mucho debido al ruido del frigorífico , por lo demás todo perfecto.
