Brand new building in green building, exposed wood, in an oasis of peace 5 minutes from Rome Fiumicino Airport, 20 minutes from Rome center but at the same time at the sea, on the beach, with the sound of the waves to keep you company. Comfortable ground floor apartment with garden, large furnished patio, sun loungers, external hot shower and laundry. private parking, independent entrance, naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, large living room with kitchen complete with dishwasher, double sofa bed, double bedroom (+1 or 2 child beds to be added), bedroom for 1 or 2 people and bathroom . Excellent finishes and modernly furnished with all comforts, dishes, appliances and accessories, free wifi, digital TV and satellite, it hosts a family with children or 2 + 2 adults + 1 or 2 children + sofa bed.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento della sig.ra Lillina per due settimane. Casa vicinissima al mare, e a svariati servizi essenziali. Giardino molto carino per trascorrere i pasti o le ore serali al fresco. Consigliatissimo ;)
