Luxury, modern equipped villa with a roof-pool, sauna, and wine cellar in the idyllic Istrian city of Pican. Located on the top of the hill, the house offers a breathtaking view of the Pican valley. This beautiful villa was built in 2020 in a quiet and secluded location that offers guests an ideal place for a relaxing vacation with their family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms with bathrooms. In the basement are wellness with a sauna and a wine cellar with a piano to be found. Guests of this modern home have the roof swimming pool located in the stone house in the garden, which was in ruins before it was converted into the magnificent pool-house. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard are garden furniture, a BBQ area, sunbeds, and two parking spaces. Two bicycles are at guests' disposal too! Villa Paola is perfect for an unforgettable romantic holiday with magical sunsets every day. A public charging station for electric cars is 300 metres away.
