The Cocco 52 house is located in the town of "Sa Perda Niedda" about 450 meters from the sea and 600-700 meters from the commercial area of Rei Marina.
A staircase of about 30 steps allows access to the veranda from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, furnished with garden furniture and equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower. The recently renovated house consists of the living area with a kitchenette complete with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, oven, a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning that serves the whole house.
The bedroom has a double bed, a two-door wardrobe, a safe and a French door overlooking the veranda.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink, bidet and shower with box.
