Beautiful waterfront on Wapato Point

Guests have access to features of the resort including indoor and outdoor pools, public beach areas, boat rentals, mini golf, tennis courts, and much more.

The French Country fabrics and wallpaper, the two-way river-rock fireplace, the fir flooring and windows - it all spells warmth and charm. There is even a baby grand piano for those musically inclined. All bedrooms have lake views. Stairs from the large deck lead down to a spacious flat grassy lawn, which is perfect for games. It's only a few steps into the water where you'll find a floating dock and two boat buoys.

Downstairs:
Large open floor plan combines kitchen, living, and dining areas with large windows and doors leading to a spacious deck facing the lake.
The first master suite includes river rock fireplace and king bed with attached en suite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and separate shower.
A second master bedroom includes king bed and a private door to main downstairs bathroom with a shower tub combo.

Excellent location, very responsive owner! Nothing can beat that you have your own beach, access to the water was very easy. The house is very large and good layout makes it good for family reunions. I would go back any time

The house was wonderful. Very roomy for 10 people. We hung out on the deck and enjoyed the glorious view even tho the water was cold. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of activities and a terrific place to walk, taste wine and just enjoy each others company. Definitely would book it again.

Wonderful location! Gorgeous home!

We had a wonderful 60th birthday celebration with our family at this property. The location was perfect and the home just made so much sense. The photos do not do this home justice (and the owner Nancy told us she needed to update the photos). This is a gorgeous home! Our communication with the owner was also excellent. Thank you for making my husband's birthday special. Would love to rent this property again at our next family celebration.

Gorgeous comfortable house on Lake Chelan

Our multi-generation family gathering in Wapato Point was just lovely. This house is right in the water, with a spectacular deck and lawn, enough space for a large family to gather comfortably, and cook and share meals easily. Bedrooms were comfortable and some have great lake views. Communications were easy and quick with owner. Nearby town of Manson has a great food market, cafe, yoga studio, etc and it’s walkable from the house. The amenities within the resort - putt putt golf, playgrounds, open fields - made having kids there easy. We would happily return to this spot!

Best waterfront property on Lake Chelan

This home is beautiful, right on the end of Wapato Point in a lovely upscale neighborhood, and with a feeling of privacy and almost like being on a boat the water is so close. Beach access was easy and the children enjoyed playing on the sandy beach below the grass lawn. The whole house was decorated warmly and the 5 bedrooms easily accommodated our large group of 11 people including 4 children age 3 through 7. There were a lot of family activities within the resort including miniature golf, pickleball, tennis, swimming, and we brought a sailboat and a motorboat which Wapato Point Resort could accomodate. The owner/property manager answered all our questions, and was very accessible and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend this property! We all loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront home! The location is perfect—right on the water with a beautiful garden that made the perfect backdrop for some Instagram-worthy photos. There was ample space for our group of 10 to relax, cook, and sleep comfortably. The exterior of the house is exactly as pictured—charming and well-maintained.The interior is a bit dated and could use some upgrades, but it was clean and functional throughout. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated being able to do laundry after a relaxing evening at the Wapato Point Community spa.Communication with the host was excellent—110%! When we ran out of toiletries, she promptly sent the housekeeper over with extras, which was a thoughtful touch.Just a heads-up: guests are expected to take trash to the community dumpster at check-out. Also, you may want to bring your own body wash, as the bathroom amenities are limited to miniature bottles. That said, there were plenty of clean white towels for bathing and general use.Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We’d gladly return!

60th Anniversary Celebration with Family

Our week could not have been better. Nancy’s home on the water provided all of us the perfect setting for a week of fun, and the weather in late September was beautiful. The deck was especially nice as it was big enough for all of to eat together and also, at times, find space to read and visit. Bring your paddle boards, several of our group tried it for the first time. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook in, which we did every night. The 5 bedrooms were just what needed, so all in all, we had a wonderful week.

Spring break on Lake Chelan

Wonderful home! It was charming and old fashion. This made it feel almost like it was ours and had been a part of our family for generations. The kitchen had all the gadgets and tools we needed and more. Views from almost every room! The only down side was that the lake was down about 15 ft. We didn’t realize that would be the case this time of year.

Nice getaway

The house was right on the water and worked well for our group. Wapato had fun activities for the kids and was easy to navigate. It is a short drive to downtown Chelan. Overall a good place to relax with the family!

We are the original owners of this home. Wapato Point was perfect for our young children at the time and has remained so through the years. The kids could have lots of independence growing up here, biking or walking to different activities. Now we have young grandchildren and the wonderful cycle continues.

Why they chose this property

The majority of lots were still available when we chose ours. We loved the mature maple trees for shaded areas but we also wanted the late afternoon sun. Our backyard is very private and functional.

What makes this property unique

Our talented designer-architect team came up with a house design that is perfect for the extended family or two families to share. Each room is unique and has view and personality. There is excellent indoor-outdoor access. It is very private with beautiful landscaping. It has flat outdoor play areas and immediate access to the water, floating dock and buoys.
