The long sandy beach of Cala Millor is just a few steps away, it is enough to cross the promenade that separates the apartment and the beach. The apartment is ideal for 2 people or a small family with a maximum of 1 child and 1 baby. It is located on the fifth floor of an apartment building and has a bedroom and a bathroom. From the balcony, which has a direct view of the sea, its you can enjoy spectacular sunrises. The apartment has air conditioning, although it is not normally necessary since the fresh sea breeze is usually enough to acclimatize the house. On the ground floor of the building there is a small supermarket in addition to many other stores that are in the area where they can buy everything they need. At a distance of approximately 75 meters there is also a 24-hour medical center and a pharmacy.

Lovely small flat

The flat is very well positioned just by the beach. It is in a nice quiet area away from the crowded areas. In 7 min walk you are in the middle of everything. I need to mention the beach across the road has some cliffs but if you walk side ways 5 min, the beach is great. The flat has everything you need for your stay, pots, plates, washing machine and more.

Beautiful view

Had a great stay. Easy to get to other things/places from here. It is a beach resort with the obvious facilities although somewhat limited in the winter ( February). The unit did have a musty smell from the laundry closet which also had the cleaning equipment. This gave a harsh smell to the place. Once we put the pail and mop on the balcony the smell lessened but still lingered for our stay. While adequately supplied with appliance they are very cheap and temperamental. Coffee maker is slow to the point the coffee is only warm by the time it’s finished running. The kettle had a very finicky switch. Not a big deal but annoying for the price.

Wir hatten uns das Appartement „Vista Amer“ aufgrund der schönen Bilder, die einen sehr sauberen Zustand der Wohnung vermittelten und guten Bewertungen ausgewählt.Postiv:1.Der Blick von der Terrasse und durch die Panoramascheibe vom Sofa aus ist sensationell, das beruhigende Meeresrauschen ist sehr angenehm. 2.Das Bett ist sehr bequem3.Der Vermieter gab uns wegen dem Baulärm eine Entschädigung.Negativ:1.Bad/WC sollte dringend saniert werden. Schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche und uringeätzter Toilettensitz.2.Der unangenehme Geruch im Wohnraum sollten durch zwei penetrant riechende Duftspender überdeckt werden.3.Küchenausstattung, Besteck sollte dringend erneuert werden.4.5 zerkratzte Bratpfannen (wir haben sie am Ende des Urlaubes als defekt deklariert)5.2 defekte Kaffeemaschinen (Heizplatte heizt jeweils nicht mehr) 6.Kaum Gläser, billige Plastikbecher, keine Weingläser (wir haben 2 gekauft)7.Sehr schmutziger Backofen8.Insgesamt ist das Appartement nicht gründlich gereinigt; nur oberflächlich.Das Appartement sollte durch den Besitzer dringend umfassend grundgereinigt werden.

Entspannte Tage in Cala Millor

Diese Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Ich habe den Blick von der Couch als auch vom Bett auf das Meer geliebt. Gerade in der off-season war es wunderbar erholsam. Viele Hotels und Geschäfte hatten geschlossen, entsprechend wenig Menschen waren unterwegs. Die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln, Medikamenten etc. war trotzdem gewährleistet, da es in direkter Nähe zum Apartment Supermärkte, Restaurants und eine Apotheke gab. ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Hervorragende Wohnung und toller Vermieter

Uns hat es in dieser Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Sie liegt unmittelbar am Strand von Cala Millor und vom Sofa hat man einen überragenden Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung wurde uns sauber vom sehr netten Vermieter übergeben, die Kommunikation lief ebenfalls problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser tollen Strandwohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar Liegestuhl, Sonnenschirm und Strandspielzeug waren vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Vielen Dank!

gerne wieder

toller aufenthalt mit allem was wir uns als familie gewünscht haben. einfach mit dem fahrstuhl ins EG und direkt ist man am wunderschönen strand. täglich kann man im supermarkt im EG einkaufen, ohne dass man weit fahren muss und in nur 5 minuten ist man im belebten einkaufszentrum von calla millor

Sehr gute Lage, erholsam schlafen mit Meeresrauschen

Wie schon mehrfach hier erwähnt, befindet sich die Wohnung in einer traumhaften Lage, mit herrlichem Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ, die Wohnung wurde uns sauber übergeben. Wenn man nicht in eines der nahegelegenen Restaurants gehen will, stehen in der Küche ein 2-fach Cerankochfeld und ein Backofen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Meerblick und gute Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Aufzug vorhanden und alles fussläufig erreichbar. Highlight ist sicher der Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang.

Tolle Lage

Unterkunft war in super Lage. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt zum Vermieter hat prima geklappt. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Sehr kinderfreundlich mit Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl. Auch Waschmaschine hat super ausgeholfen. Anfangs roch es etwas „muffig“. Mit täglich offenem Fenster war es völlig in Ordnung.

Tolle Wohnung, Wahnsinns Ausblick!

Wir waren mit unserem 2 jährigen Sohn in dieser toll gelegenen Wohnung. Wir sind jedes Jahres 2-4 mal auf Mallorca und Cala Millor. Das erste Mal anstatt Hotel in einer Ferienwohnung. Es war definitiv die richtige Entscheidung.

Top Appartement

Das Appartement ist echt toll. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Ich vermisse die Aussicht. Alle Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine u Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Appartement top eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Spar Markt. Haben uns in der Früh immer frische Brötchen besorgt. Aus dem Haus raus -über die Strasse und man befindet sich am wunderschönen Sandstrand (nicht überlaufen). In 7 Minuten ist man in der "City" . Einfach toll. Man schläft mit Meeresrauschen ein. Internet sehr gute Verbindung. Hatten auch immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Sind am Abend oft am Balkon gesessen und haben die tolle Aussicht mit dem Meeresrauschen genossen. Wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Für uns absolut perfekt!

Appartement mit traumhafter Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Optimal für zwei Personen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 😊
