Like staying with friends! Loft-style beach apartment on the 6th floor with majestic ocean views in first sea line. Second windless west balcony.

The apartment on the 6th floor (elevator available) is about 84 sqm and provides 2 bedrooms, bathroom with rainshower, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a storage room and 2 balconies. The covered and glazed balcony (about 11 sqm) that adjoins the living room, faces east to the bay of Cala Millor, but also gets some evening sun in its rear area. The sunny, wind-sheltered and west-facing balcony (about 4 sqm), that adjoins a bedroom, faces inland to the mountains.

The bright flat is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail according to the motto 'Heavy metal meets funky colors'. Both bedrooms offer a 180 x 200 cm double bed (separate spring mattresses) and the living room couch is extendable (ca. 150 x 200 cm) - so there is space for 5 people.

The apartment also offers books (German, English), DVDs, games, stereo, Astra satellite receiver, flat-screen TV and free WiFi.

Get out of bed – into the sea and pure holiday fun: The high-quality apartment complex “Sa Maniga” in Cala Millor (formerly “Protur Cala Millor Playa Apartment”-Hotel), which was completely renovated in 2015, is located directly on the beach of the popular seaside resort in the eastern part of the Balearic island of Mallorca. The house spans a total of six floors with two different staircases and in the ground floor commercial uses such as supermarkets and restaurants are housed. Our apartments are located on the 2nd and 6th floor (elevator available) with direct ocean view from almost every window. Each of them offers a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a bathroom with rain shower as well as a covered and glazed balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea, beach and palm trees, which is just a stone’s throw away.

All four apartments are very bright and comfortably designed - like a private home. Furnishings and equipment are kept on a very high level with a strong focus on individual design. The rooms provide air conditioning and heating.

The new and modern bathrooms await guests with a large and luxurious rain shower.
The spacious living/dining area integrates the kitchen - equipped with ceramic hob, microwave with grill or oven, large fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes/glasses/silverware, pots/pans/dishes.
Sat TV (Astra), free Internet access (WIFI) and a washing machine are provided as well.

Very neat and stylish apartment. Great location, just a few tens of meters to the beach, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. A perfect view of the sea while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on one of the apartment's balconies. The apartments have everything a family needs for life. The apartments are perfectly air-conditioned, so we didn't experience any difficulties with the Mallorcan heat.

Una vacanza meravigliosa! I miei genitori hanno celebrato i loro 50 anni di matrimonio e non avrebbero potuto scegliere un posto migliore. La struttura, ovvero l’appartamento, era perfettamente attrezzata e molto accogliente. Ci hanno fornito persino la caffettiera, proprio come quelle che usiamo spesso in Italia – un piccolo dettaglio che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.I miei genitori hanno gradito moltissimo la vicinanza alla spiaggia: bastavano pochi passi per raggiungerla, rendendo ogni giornata semplice e piacevole. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.Nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza splendida e ricca di emozioni. Spero davvero di poter tornare a soggiornare lì in futuro.

Wir haben eine viel zu kurze Woche in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist so schön eingerichtet, mankommt sich wie zuhause vor. Gemütlicher Aufenthalt in Cala Millior

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Was ein bisschen schade war, dass wir kaum Sonne auf dem Balkon gehabt haben - ist im Sommer sicher besser. Ansonsten hat alles geklappt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Tipp: der Inder, der gerade unten beim Block ist, ist super. Wir waren dort 3 x essen und immer sehr lecker.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man so im täglichen Leben braucht. Selbst Tupperdosen, Kaffeefilter ect sind vorhanden. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist einfach toll; ein paar Meter zu Fuß und man steht am Strand. Ebenso gibt es in der Nähe viele kleine Supermärkte und auch ein Lidl und Mercadona sind für den Großeinkauf sind nicht weit. Viele Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fuimos un grupo de 4 personas (dos parejas) y nos encantó mucho, es perfecto para un grupo de amigos o una familia, justo al lado del mar, por la noche no hay ruido así que se puede dormir y descansar. Eine tolle Wohnung mit super Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Eine tolle Größe mit super Aussicht und direkte Strandlage. Auch zu der Einkaufsmeile mit Restaurants und Cafés sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Bei uns waren von den Vormietern noch Schirme, Stühle und Luftmatratzen vorhanden. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind genügend vor dem Haus vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolle und einzigartige Wohnung

Am Ankunftstag wurden wir sehr nett von der Verwalterin begrüßt! Wir durften das Appartment sogar vormittags beziehen und am Abreisetag erst gegen Abend verlassen! Vielen Dank! Nice Apartment at a beautiful beach

Nice, modern Appartement with sea views. Very close (walking 2mins) to the nice beach. Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine are in good shape and are working flawless. One minor thing: a coffe machine (capsule system) instead of the filter system would be nice. Btw: we booked again for next summer.

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto. Fornito di tutto. Ottima la posizione volendo puoi dimenticarti la macchina, ma essendo a Maiorca un paio di gite in altre spiagge o a Palma sono quasi d'obbligo. Bello il centro per la passeggiata serale. Schöne Wohnung mit super Ausblick. Tolle Umgebung.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht inklusive Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, WLAN. Der lange Strand von Calla Millor ist nur ein Paar schritte von der Haustür entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal hier Urlaub gemacht und es wieder total genossen.Es ist einfach nicht mit Hotelurlaub zu vergleichen .Kein Zwang kein Einheitsessen und eine tolle gepflegte Wohnung direkt am Strand ca 50 Meter ins Meer.

Ein Traum an der schönsten Lage von Cala Millor

WAHNSINN! Eine super modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail welche sofort Wohlgefühl auslöst. Gerade auch mit Kind eine super Wahl, da die Wohnung einiges an Fläche zu bieten hat. Der Meerblick vom Balkon aus, welcher abends sobald das Kind im Bett liegt, ist gigantisch und man verliert sehr schnell die Zeit aus den Augen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Cala Millor (5 Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone) und direkt am Strand (quer über die Straße). Für die Anreise mit Auto gibt es direkt an der Wohnanlage genügen Parkflächen, somit ist der Weg zum Appartement nicht weit entfernt. Für alle Naturliebhaber ist auch gesorgt, denn das Naturschutzgebiet Punta de n‘Amer startet unmittelbar am Ende der Strandpromenade (5-10 Gehminuten). Das Appartement bietet also für groß und klein, jede Menge und ist absolut empfehlenswert! Nicht der letzte Aufenthalt, der nächste ist bereits geplant.

Sandra and I come from Augsburg, Germany. We have dedicated ourselves to being a promoter for music travels and concerts. Our company is doing business in three European countries and welcomes guests from over 30 countries every year.

In 2011, we visited Mallorca for the first time and we fell in love with the country and the people at first sight. That was the reason, why we also got professionally active on the island just in the following year. In 2012, we did our "1st Mallorca Smooth Jazz Festival" in Sa Coma, neighboring Cala Millor, and since then, the festival has been taking place there every year on the first weekend in May.

Also personally and privately, people, climate and landscape have pulled us in their spell – that’s why we spend as much time as possible on the island. To us, Mallorca just means: "High quality of life !!!"

The location is just ideal and incredibly varied: Situated at the southern end of the bay of Cala Millor, you can not only enjoy unique panoramic views from the apartment's balcony, but also from almost every window. 20 meters in front of you extends the white sand beach with its clear water. If you look to the left, you will see, in an agreeable distance, the tourist center of Cala Millor (the pedestrian zone is within 5 minutes walking distance). On the right side extends, after about 200 meters, the natural park of Punta de n'Amer with numerous walking trails and gorgeous vegetation.
