Wonderful stay

I higly recommend this apartment. It´s perfect located, very close to the beach and of town. The apartment is in great conditions and very clean. Ascen and Maxi were very nice with us, were also very helpful in accommodating our requests

Awesome apartment and great location

This apartment is perfectly located in the center of Cala Millor, close to the beach and restaurants in the town. Its a really nice apartment and the standard is more like really nice hotel than a rental apartment! The owners are super nice and gave us a lot of good advice on where to go for the best food. Next time we go to Mallorca this apartment will definitely be our first choice and we will recomend it to all our friends and family!!

Schönes sauberes Apartment

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl in diesem Apartment gefühlt. Schöne Zimmeraufteilung, moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super! Man ist im 5 Minuten am Strand und in der schönen Flaniermeile von Cala Millor. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es nachts sehr ruhig.

Immer gerne wieder

Diese Ferienwohnung bieten alles,was man sich wünscht. 1. Tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern 2. Sehr saubere Wohnung 3. Tolle Lage.direkt im Zentrum. Parkplatz ganz in der nähe,Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor Ort, shopping meile keine 2 min entfernt,strand in 4 min erreichbar. Natürlich ist es in einer Stadt nicht immer ganz ruhig, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert und die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße und die schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten und seitlich raus. 4. Tolle Matratzen.wir haben alle! super geschlafen. 5. Gerne wieder. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen. 6. TOP!!!!

Tolle Lage und super Vermieter!

Wir haben die Wohnung 10 Tage lang bewohnt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Vor allem die super Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Ascen und Maxi war total angenehm. Dei beiden sind super freundlich und waren sehr um Hilfe bemüht. Vor allem die zahlreichen Restauranttipps haben uns absolut überzeugt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und liegt wirklich sehr zentral in Cala Millor nur wenige Meter von allen wichtigen Einrichtungen und vom Strand entfernt. Wenn man doch mal selbst kochen möchte, ist ein großer und neuer Aldi-Markt fußläufig erreichbar. Nochmals danke, für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Schöne Tage in Cala Millor

Die Wohnung war picobello sauber und liegt sehr schön und ruhig, zwei Minuten entfernt vom Strand und zugleich zentral in Cala Millor. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Westküste. Unsere Gastgeber haben bei unserer Anreise dankenswerterweise bis spät abends auf uns gewartet und waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

nicht alle Kosten vorher ersichtlich

Zu aller erst muss ich sagen, daß wir gebucht haben, aber den Urlaub nicht antreten konnten. Also kann ich über die Wohnung direkt, nicht urteilen. Jedoch fand ich es schade, daß ich 3 Stunden nach der Buchung, nicht stornieren oder gegen eine Gebühr zurücktreten konnte. Wir hatten leider nach der Buchung keine Flüge mehr bekommen. Bemängeln muss ich weiterhin, daß nicht alle Kosten vorher ersichtlich waren. Nach der Buchung wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß wir vor Ort noch Geld für die Endreinigung und die Ecosteuer bezahlen müssten. Natürlich sind diese Kosten gerechtfertigt aber in der Entscheidungsfindung für diese Unterkunft trug natürlich der Preis auch bei. Bei anderen Unterkünften, waren diese Kosten vorher aufgeführt, so das diese teurer wirkten und somit die Wahl auf das beschriebene Objekt viel.

Sehr herzliche Begrüssung und schnelle Kommunikation bei Fragen

Sehr gut gelegen und kurzer Weg zu Strand und Einkaufsmeile. Wohnung entsprach den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Nach einer Woche wurden die Bettwäsche und die Badtücher gewechselt. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Superbe appartement, très bien situé.

Nous conseillons vivement cette location. L appartement est très beau, moderne et propre. La literie est confortable. Il est également très bien situé. En plein centre de cala millor, station balnéaire très agréable, mais dans une rue très calme. Les rues piétonnes commerçantes et la plage sont situées à 5/10 min à pieds. Nous avons des enfants de 3 et 5 ans et c était parfait, il y a même des jeux pour enfants à côté. Merci à Ascen y Maxi qui nous ont très bien conseillé sur les balades et restaurants. SUPER vacances !

Gepflegte Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung im Herzen von cala millor. Hat 3 recht große Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer mit RegenwasserDusche und eine separate Toilette. Küche ist mit allem bestückt was man braucht. Großer Kühlschrank Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Wohnzimmer mit Couch und großen Fernseher. Direkt daneben Esstisch für 6 Personen und angrenzend balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Wäscheständer . Aufzug ist im haus auch vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Kommen gerne wieder.
