Breathtaking sea view apartment for 4 people. Swimmingpool available from June 1st to September 30th. Apartment in Ladunia residence a quiet place with garden, free tennis courts (upon reservation), sun deck and access to the sea completed with bar during the Summer season, guardian and service center open all the year.
70 sqm apartment entirely renovated in June 2020. Apartment on the ground floor with Marinella Gulf and beach view. 3 km far away from Porto Rotondo. The car is necessary.
Apartment consists of: living room with wi-fi flat samrt-tv - a well equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kattle) - 1 double room with private bathroom - 1 bedroom with 2 beds - 1 bathroom - 20 sqm covered terrace - small garden with bbq. Air conditioner (summer/winter) in all rooms.
EXTRA ON REQUEST: during winter-spring season from November to May private Whirlpool on request.
FAILURE TO RETURN KEYS: 30 Euro charge
Easy to reach by car: 16 km from the COSTA SMERALDA airport and Olbia port, 12 km from the Golfo Aranci port. Close to Porto Rotondo, which is 4 km far away and close to Golfo di Marinella, 2 km far away only.
The car is necessary. The residence is located in a raised position above the sea, in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery. It is 2,3 km from the famous Marinella gulf beach, 3 km from the Porto Rotondo city center and 9 km from Golfo Aranci city center.

AMAZING LANDLORD - AMAZING VIEW - AMAZING SARDINIA
Thank you very much Manuela & Stefano for everything! You were the kindest and most helpful landlords i have ever met on vacation. You helped and gave us tipps from the very beginning until the end of our beautiful stay in your home. The house is brand new from the inside and very well equipped. They also provide a lot of beach equipmnet for free! The SUPs were a lot of fun too! 2 comfortable beach chairs are also there to use. We didn‘t use the bikes but you really need a car to get from A to B in Sardinia.
We will come back to Manuela & Stefano for sure!

Un luogo veramente unico! Un appartamento completamente nuovo e completo di tutti i confort immerso nel verde di ladunia curatissimo con una vista da sogno sul golfo di Marinella. Consiglio a tutti!
