Villa of 150 sq.m. that can comfortably accommodate 8 persons with an amazing swimming pool with sea view.
Our villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room featuring a plasma TV and the kitchen.
The gallery first floor offers the third bedroom, with double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as an extra living room with a double sofa bed.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with private bathroom), a third bathroom, kitchen, sitting room.
We offer 50 sq.m. swimming pool, children’s swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, outdoor showers and a pool bar with a big BBQ area.
You will have all comfort you need!

Villa Bellen - Total Relax

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Bellen! Rarely does a property live up to the photos but this just got better & better. Its beautifully presented & well equipped, has everything & is super comfy! Leo is very helpful, everyone involved very friendly, its a perfect base for a chill out holiday in Zante

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities and super helpful owner. Quiet neighborhood but not really close to a town without driving. A few places to walk to within 5-15 minutes. Loved the ping pong table.

Amazing villa and amazing owner

We had the most amazing holiday, and the villa was perfect in every way. Leo the owner couldn’t do enough for us and even arranged a meal at the villa for our first night. He also helped us with arranging a boat trip and was always on hand if we required any advice or assistance. The villa is ideally located with several restaurants within easy reach and is a short drive from beaches and shops. We would highly recommend Villa Belen, it is a must for a holiday on Zante!

We will come back

Our stay at Villa Belen was extraordinary. We would definitely book the place again and recommend it to all our friends. Leonidas was the perfect host and always super helpful. The day we arrived he organized a dinner for us in the outdoor kitchen provided by Andreas (a private Chef) with delicious greek food. Leonidas even organized a COVID test at home for our return flight. The Villa has a perfectly equipped kitchen with anything you can think of (sandwich toaster, blender, juicer, washing machine…). Ideal to prepare dinner with friends. We recommend renting scooters or a car as there is no supermarket or restaurant in the direct surrounding. Leonidas provided a bike to ride to the closest supermarket which is approximately 10 min.

Super Haus in touristischer Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schick, die Küche top ausgestattet und der Vermieter supernett. Zuvor waren wir in einer alleinstehenden Villa an der Westküste der Insel mit unverbautem Blick aufs Meer, hier war der Meerblick anders als auf den Fotos im Inserat verbaut, da wir die baugleiche Nachbarvilla erhalten haben. Für 5 Sterne hat es daher knapp nicht gereicht.

Dear Antoni We are really sorry that you didn't give 5 stars because for the view. From the twin villa that we gave you there is also a good sea view but not exactly the same of Villa Belen. We informed you before about this villa and we also informed you that has bigger pool and also jacuzzi. As we gave you a villa with more facilities and not less we really thought to make you happy. If it will happen again in the future to give the twin villa we will send the photos of the sea view. All the best, Leonidas
