Small but perfectly formed rear garden, with a nice seating area and bike store.

Ideally located Within walking disatance of Derby city centre, with bus routes just outside the property. Easy access by car to the A38/A50 and onto the M1. One mile from the university and 5 minutes drive to the hospital.
