Holiday home located 7 km from Villanueva del Rosario, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This charming house is set on a completely private two-hectare plot. Here, you can share the house and its comforts with up to 6 other people, since the house sleeps 7.

The two-storey house is laid out as follows.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with fireplace and dining table that gives access the fully equipped independent kitchen, a pantry with washing machine and dishwasher, and a glazed veranda with another dining table, which opens onto the outside.

The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Going upstairs, you can find the house's three other bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed has an ensuite with a bathtub and a charming terrace with a chill-out area, which allows you to enjoy the stunning views of the countryside. From the main bedroom, you can access another bedroom with a single bed. The top floor's third bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The main bedroom is provided with warm/cool air-con, while the other three bedrooms and the living room feature fans. The house is centrally heated via wall-mounted radiators.

The outdoor space features large terraces with outdoor dining tables and a comfortable chill-out area. The large private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a lovely, perfectly maintained garden, which is ideal for enjoying several moments of pure relaxation. Besides, here you can make the most of the welcome pack that the owner will have provided you with, which includes some bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and jam, among others.

There are two roads to get to the house. The longest is completely paved, while the shortest is a dirt lane that connects the house directly with the highway.
