PROGRESA ADECUADAMENTE

Lo mejor la ubicación y que tiene una zona exterior muy buena con la piscia eso da una gran expansión y alivio para los dias tontos que no vas a la playa Solo cuenta con un aire acondiciaonado en la habitación principal. La cocina necesita mejorar la nevera y la hornilla. La propiedad tiene ocupados bastantes armario, cajones y vitrinas ... con " cosas multiples y varias .. " Tiene un gran potencial con minima inversión.

Casa perfecta para ir con la familia

En general todo, la piscina, la finca, los ventiladores del techo ayudan a conciliar el sueño. La nevera era un poco vieja y perdía algo de agua por la parte inferior. Había hormigas en una de las habitaciones de dos camas que entraban por el cajetín de persiana.

Me ha gustado la ubicación , es una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y de algunas calas. La casa tiene una buena distribución y las habitaciones están bastantes bien. El servicio de la inmobiliaria ha sido muy bueno, eso da tranquilidad. El personal es amable. Mejorar la limpieza de la piscina. Podría una ducha exterior.

En cuando al tema de la piscina, tomamos nota e investigaremos, porque hay un especialista encargado que va de forma periódica a mantenerla, entiendo que el sistema puede estropearse en cualquier momento y la intención es responder siempre lo antes posible :) Hasta la próxima!
