This house is not available for groups. It is in the most residential district of Denia, suitable for family holidays. One can hear the krickets after midnight. Be aware it is not a district for loud parties all night long.

This luxury villa with all amenities has 5 bedrooms and is situated in the Las Rotas area of Denia. This property has all you need for a wonderful holiday. Within 5 minutes walk to a rocky beach but the sandy beaches of Denia are just a few minutes away by car. Of course the villa has it´s own private and heated swimming pool, so relaxing by the pool with a cold drink seems a good thing to do. Local bars and restaurants are virtually on the doorstep, so there are no lack of amenities.

The villa is fully air-conditioned with a magnificent garden. The villa boasts 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned. The large lower double bedroom is large enough to take a cot or single bed for an extra child, on top of the 10 people.
There is an external kitchen and BBQ area, complete with a cloakroom, so time around the pool is made easy. Upstairs there is a lovely balcony area overlooking the pool and garden, where one can enjoy a pleasant evening cocktail.
In all this villa has everything anyone could ask for in a relaxing holiday. However, for the more adventurous, it borders the natural park area of Montgo, with many walks and cycle rides available. One can also take canoe trips to visit the caves along the coast or a paragliding adventure.
