Welcome to your holiday villa in the Loulé countryside, where panoramic views and peaceful surroundings create the perfect escape while still keeping you a short drive from the coast.



Just 30 minutes from Faro airport and around 20 minutes from Vilamoura, this carefully decorated 3‑bedroom home sits on a spacious, private landscaped plot, ideal for family gatherings or a relaxing break with friends.



Step inside to three comfortable double bedrooms on the ground floor, all with air conditioning, and two shared bathrooms—one with bathtub and one with shower—so everyone can get ready with ease. The bright living room offers Wi‑Fi, sound system, TV with English and French channels and air conditioning, plus an indoor dining area for six where you can enjoy unhurried meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to a very private outdoor dining area for six, with a charcoal BBQ and plenty of shade for long, lazy lunches.



Outside is where this villa truly shines, with magnificent views over the Loulé hills and multiple corners to sit back, relax and soak up the tranquillity of the countryside. The outdoor dining space, complete with charcoal BBQ near a comfy lounge area, is perfect for admiring the landscape and beautiful sunsets. A private swimming pool, surrounded by relaxing outdoor furniture and sunbeds, invites you to enjoy long sunny afternoons and quiet moments in the open air. The villa also offers private parking for several cars, including a shaded spot for one car, adding extra convenience to your stay.

Everything so well looked after and clearly very well maintained. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas. Modern interior. Only negative was that the water pressure in showers wasn’t great and it would fluctuate between hot and cold regularly.

We loved your gorgeous home and thank you for all the help when we lost the electricity and water.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful area, this villa is perfect. The villa itself is extremely clean with a bright modern interior and the pool area is just gorgeous and very private. The gardens to the garden are also very nice and all tucked behind electric gates. The villa is quite difficult to find, so make sure you get clear directions. Very close to supermarkets and you do need a car.

Wonderful villa. The pool is great. Not heated, but it was so hot that it was not needed. Beds were nice, and there's AC in each room. Kitchen has most of the stuff you need. Chairs outside were not that comfortable. Living room lounge area didn't have enough space to chill when it got cold (just a couch), and the TV would randomly turn on during the night.

We were met by a lovely lady who explained everything to us. The villa was immaculate. Kitchen was fully equipped including Dulce Gusto coffee machine. The pool was amazing. A nice added touch with cleaning products and biscuits/crackers/coffee left for us. Would 100% recommend this villa. A car is needed to get around but everything is within a 10/20 min drive and easy to get to. Supermarket 10 min drive away. The pillows could have been better.

This villa is a hidden gem. The villa exceeded our expectations, it is well equipped and the property is in such good condition. Any issues that arose were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The villa is spacious, clean with a lot of attention to detail. Its a shame we could not use the swimming pool ( it is not heated). There are no amenities within walking distance - a hire car is essentialfactor in that you will need to use a taxipublic transport. It is well located to access by car the beautiful town of Loule and the surrounding popular coastal towns. We did hear the neighbours dogs barking but we just accepted that we were staying near local residents. The views from the villa of the surrounding countryside are breathtaking. We fell in love with this property and would not hesitate at all to rebook/revisit - thank your for a memorable stay in this little piece of heaven.

Spoilt our holiday

Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. The smaller items we would expect weren’t provided such as mirrors in bedroom, or dishcloths in the kitchen. All of the above could have been managed but the agent wasn’t interested. Inexperienced and under qualified to help guests enjoy their holiday. I will personally steer clear of any property run by Seashell Property management again. We get too few holidays in this day and age and they ruined our experience. They shouldn’t be allowed to do that. They weren’t available they insisted I wrote to them as they didn’t want yo talk and they did nothing or offered nothing to rectify the situation. I hope no one else suffers this.

Villa agréable en famille ou entre amis

La maison est très agréable avec tout le confort moderne Dommage que le calme est régulièrement gâché par les aboiements très fréquents dès chiens du voisinage ( surtout un !) y compris la nuit ce qui nous a souvent réveillé… Autre détail , pour ouvrir le portail il faut se contorsionner quand on est à l’intérieur , un bip ou bouton intérieur serait le bienvenu …
