The beautiful boulevard in front of your holiday apartment takes you to the cozy center of L'Estartit and its active port, all within a 10 minute walk! The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which ensures you a stunnig view over the Mediterranean Sea with de Medes Islands and thet vast nature from the two terraces. Surrounding the complex are many shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. Pineda 247 consists of an entrance hall, spacious lounge with dining area, TV (Spanish), airconditioning and double sliding doors to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen features a electric hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There are two bathrooms, one with toilet and shower and one with toilet and bath. The 2 bedrooms both have an entrance to the terrace, which has views over the nature reserve. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bunk beds, in the living room is a sleeping couch.
