'This is the Life' is centrally located between Seaside, Camp Watercolor and the Watercolor Beach Club and tucked away on quiet LAKE DISTRICT LANE in Phase I Cottage District just steps from the tennis courts! This house is ideal for the small family!

Watercolor has 5 pool areas and a private beach:
1) The Beach Club has three pools overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico including a zero entry pool, an adult only pool and the main pool deck. Cabanas are available for rent. Enjoy on site dining and drinks at the WaterColor Grill, Costa Chica, The Beach Cow and at the outdoor bar. Towel service is available.
The WaterColor beach is accessed from the Beach Club with a bar located at the end if the boardwalk before reaching the sand.
2) Camp WaterColor has three pools including a zero entry pool, a lazy river and two water slides. Food and drinks are available at The Canteen restaurant and bar. Towel service is available.
3) Lakehouse Pool overlooks Western Lake and has a laid-back vibe. Towel service and a limited menu is available during the busy season.
4) Sandhill Pool is located in the Lake District. A lap lane is available for early morning swimmers.
5) Dragonfly Pool is located in the back of the neighborhood for easy access for guests in this area.

The playground and basketball court are located next to Camp WaterColor. Parks and trails are intermingled throughout the community. Canoes and paddle boards are available for rent at the Boat House and bikes are available for rent at the WaterColor Bike Barn.

'This Is The Life' cottage is the perfect getaway for a small family. Enjoy the privacy and luxury of having your own spacious, beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage with wood floors, dramatic 20-foot ceilings in the great room and vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed that sleeps two and the guest room has a two double beds that can sleep up to 4 children for a maximum of 6 guests. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom for privacy. Wireless internet and smart TVs with cable is available. Charging stations are located in the living room and bedrooms.

Unwind while sitting on the relaxing back porch overlooking a natural area with a pathway to the tennis courts and Seaside. Enjoy the great kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite counter bar that seats four or have a family dinner in the dining room that seats six or eat at one of the many local restaurants or grill out on the charcoal grill. You are close to both Watercolor's and Seaside's Town Centers with lots of shopping and dining options. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. Any of Watercolor's several swimming pools await you!

For safety, security cameras are located on the front and back of the house.

Absolutely NO smoking or pets!

CHECK-IN is at 4PM. CHECK-OUT is at 9AM.

We have a strict 6 GUEST MAXIMUM (2 adult maximum and up to 4 children).

Access Credentials (wrist bands) are required at all WaterColor amenities for guests ages 5 years and older.

There are TWO on-property parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.

Bookings are accepted for the current calendar year only. Any dates that may appear available beyond the current calendar year are not bookable dates and will be cancelled.

BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AS ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
