The ground floor hosts two double bedrooms, both configurable as queen or twin depending on guest preference. One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is served by a separate shared bathroom.

Extra single folding bed facilities or baby cots can be accommodated in selected bedrooms, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Both bedrooms open directly to a tiled patio outside the rooms, featuring outdoor dining or lounge furniture, creating a comfortable shaded sitting area at garden level.

The patio extends to a private manicured lawn garden, which leads to the tiled pool area and the villa’s private swimming pool of approximately 30 sqm. The pool area includes sunbeds, umbrella and pool towels, while enjoying privacy and beautiful sea views. A portable barbecue is also available for outdoor dining.
