MAGNIFICENT VILLA WITH SEA VIEW, SWIMMING POOL, GARDEN, PÉTANQUE COURT

Magnificent villa of 140 m² comprising 1 living room, dining room, American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 1 shower room and a garden of 1900 m² planted with trees and Mediterranean species. The house is fully equipped with mosquito nets.
Ground of beach volleyball and badminton, ping pong, archery, swing, hammocks and 5 bikes are at your disposal. You can enjoy organic fruits and vegetables in summer and spend time with our horses, rabbits and laying hens. The house offers a beautiful view of the sea, the garden and the forest.
Large screen TVs and game consoles are available. Your pets will be welcome here.
The villa is discreetly semi-detached, in an extremely quiet area and situated on a dead end road and therefore without passage!

Tourettes Great Experience

Everything worked well from arrival to departure. Host has left some useful tips and kept providing us with ideas what to do. House and surroundings were beautiful. Village Center is roughly 10 minutes by car. You should be aware that you don't just stroll to the village and back.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Leider waren die Pferde nicht da (großer Wunsch unserer Tochter), dafür gibt es vier Hühner, die man versorgen kann und dafür täglich mit frischen Eiern versorgt wird. Ein schöner Urlaub.

Beautiful retreat in France

This home has everything you could wish for and is fantastic place for children! Eugenie was a great host. Everything was comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect! Fun to spend hours in the pool. It is close to a very cute village and not for from Nice, Cannes, Monaco, and Grasse. We loved our stay!

Very nice villa, perfect for small children

The house is very child friendly, located in a quiet leafy area, protected from the heat. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, hans and rabbit kept our kids busy and we even made blackberry marmelade from the garden berries . We truly enjoyed our stay at this house, many thanks to Eugenie for your hospitality. July 2016

Fantastic house - very nice owner - excellent holiday!

This house is fantastic - it has everything you could possibly need including a lot of things for children. The swimming pool is very nice, and the owner is very nice and always ready to help. We loved it! It is a little bit remote and because of the winding roads you spend time to get anywhere including just the nearest bakery or grocery store, but that's really worth it. If you want to find a fantastic base for discovering the Riviera from Cannes through the border with Italy, this is a good choice!

Nous avons fais ce choix de villa par rapport a son emplacement au milieu de la verdure mais aussi par rapport aux differentes activites qui sont proposees aux enfants avec animaux, legumes et fruits du potager, piscine, grand espace verdure. La villa beneficie en plus d'un confort certain et est tres bien equipee. La description faite en ligne colle parfaitement a la realite. Nous avons adore et reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour nos prochaines vacances sur la Cote.

Fantastic holyday in a fantastic villa !

The villa is great. We immediately felt like we belonged in the house as it was very inviting and cozy and the layout was great. In addition, the outdoor space is amazing as we could swim, play darts, ping pong, badminton and beach volley. The garden is big and relaxing and we were really happy to have fresh eggs every morning ! The outdoor patio with jacuzzi, sofas and wonderfull hammocks was perfect. We had an absolutely fantastic time and will be returning in the near future.

A paradise for families

Our stay at this place was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there. Especially the hospitality from Eugenie (the owner) was great and she always took care on us. The house was beautiful and very well equiped. The garden is huge, it's quiet and we were allowed to use. For our children and us the closeness to the horses and all other animals exciting. We spend a wonderful time there and we would like to come back.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Eugénie... Tout était prêt, organisé et pensé pour notre venue... Nous sommes arrivés en fin de matinée sous un soleil radieux, l'adorable propriétaire Eugénie nous attendait avec le sourire... Sa maison est un havre de paix...!!! Quel calme!!! Nous avons apprécié son accueil (surtout les enfants en découvrant toute les installations qu'elle avait mises à leur disposition...) oh joie!!! a la vue de la piscine ( encore un peu froide en avril ce qui n'a pas découragé nos enfants évidemment) le méga trampoline, le Jacuzzi, balançoires et hamacs installés entre les arbres... que du bonheur !!! Sans oublier les animaux, 2 lapins, 3 poules qui nous pondaient des œufs frais que les enfants allaient chercher tous les matins... Et les chevaux!!! Eugénie nous a même proposé de venir un matin et de faire monter les enfants... C'était vraiment génial !!! Tellement génial que nous n'avons pratiquement pas quitté la maison de la semaine... Sauf pour rencontrer Isabelle qui nous a accueilli dans son atelier de poterie (au village) ou nous avons passé 2h en famille à créer tourner et modeler nos créations... Si bien que les enfants y sont retournés le lendemain... Concernant la maison, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous tout de suite... elle très confortable et très fonctionnelle... La literie est excellente et le petit plus ... le poêle !!! les soirées étant encore un peu fraîches, une petite flambée le soir c'était super!!! Mille mercis encore pour tous ces bons souvenirs... A très bientôt
