A great stay

We’ve had a brilliant week in Roquefort-les-Pins. Mr and Mrs Capdeville are very hospitable, the house is perfect for a family. The pool provided the necessary cool down during a hot July week. Would really recommend!

Relaxing house and garden centrally located

The comfortable house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, offers lot's of privacy and has a big green garden and a nice terrace overlooking the spacious pool. The owners speak English well and are doing their utmost to make you feel at home. The house is centrally located regarding tourist sites, golf courses, a big new supermarket and the airport. We had a very relaxing stay and felt already a little bit like leaving home when the week was over.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir wurde herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und Haus und Außenanlagen wurden ausführlich erklärt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und alles sehr sauber. Im großzügigen Garten ist ein toller Pool sowie ein Wirlpool zum entspannen pur! Tischtennisplatte und Boule-Bahn mit Tischtennisschlägern und Kugeln sind ebenfalls eine schöne Abwechslung. Grillmöglichkeit ist gegeben. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind 5 Autominiten entfernt. Also alles vorhanden, um einen Urlaub zu genießen!

vacances relaxantes en famille

Hôte très sympathique, très bon accueil. Equipements ( piscine, jacuzzi, table de ping pong, terrain pétanque) ont été appréciés par tous les membres de la famille. Maison, jardin et équipements de qualité et entretenus avec beaucoup de soin. L'environnement est calme. De très beaux villages et visites à effectuer dans les environs. Notre séjour a vraiment été très agréable.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa mit einer top ausgestatteten Küche. Man braucht von zu Hause nichts mitbringen, da alles vorhanden ist. Sehr ruhige und schöne Gegend. Super Außenanlage. Entspannung pur. Supermarkt, Bäcker, usw. in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den beliebten Städten an der Cote de àzur. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub den wir zu 100 % weiterempfehlen können.

Great villa

We really enjoyed out stay in the villa. The villa, pool, terrace, jacuzzi, outdoor space are like the pictures. Alain was available when we needed it. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy are 5 min by car, or 20 min walk. There is everything in the villa. You can also park your car inside and lock the gate. The villa is 30 mins away from Nice airport. The environment is really nice, the cicadas singing and the birds as well.

Vacation paradise

Me and my family (me, husband, four kids age 16-21 and two dogs) spent two weeks here this summer (July 2019). The house were just as nice as presented on the pictures. Alain and his mother were very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. Roquefort-les-pins is a very quiet and nice neighbourhood close to villages/cities, beach, mountains & shopping. The house is really nice with a new kitchen - but we especially enjoyed the outdoors areas. The pool and pool area were really nice! We also enjoyed playing table tennis and boule - and barbecues the evenings we didn't go to restaurants. A perfect place for families or friends to relax together.

Beautiful week in Roquefort-les Pins!

We (my wife, my son and myself) spent a week in the house of Alain and Mme Capdeville. The house is located in a quiet residential area and fully equipped as described (pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, air condition, WiFi etc). When we arrived Alain and his mother gave us a warm welcome and explained us the technical details and gave us information about the village. It was a perfect week! we made some excursions around and had very relaxing days in the house. The situation of the house is perfect, it's about 800m to the next supermarket (intermarche) and bakeries. Roquefort-les Pins itself is about 20min or 15km away from Antibes, i.e. ideal for excursions to Monaco, Nice, Antibes or Cannes. Unfortunately, it was only one week and definitely too short. Hopefully, we'll come next week to spend a longer time in this beautiful house!

TRES BIEN

Nous étions trois à occuper cette villa et nous avons été charmés de suite. Le secteur est calme, la vue sur les collines est agréable et les commerces sont à 5 mn en voiture. Outre une très belle piscine, régulièrement entretenue, vous avez à disposition un jacuzzi, une belle terrasse et la climatisation dans toute la maison. Il est également bien agréable de pouvoir faire une partie de ping pong ou de jouer à la pétanque dans un endroit dédié, éclairé la nuit. La villa est proche de Cannes et d'Antibes mais il est aisé de rejoindre Nice, Monaco voir l'Italie. Les gorges du Verdon sont à 2h de voiture. La maison est très bien entretenue et les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs. Les chambres sont agréables. Location idéale pour visiter la région.

VILLA TRES AGREABLE

La villa est très bien située (l'environnement est très calme et proche de tout). Les extérieurs de la villa sont formidables : la piscine est super, le spa est très agréable à utiliser (surtout en soirée, avec les lumières du jardin et les lumières du spa, c'est magnifique), il y a plein de terrasses partout, avec des fauteuils et la terrasse pour déjeuner est parfaite (avec une belle vue bien dégagée sur la montagne) La maison est également très bien équipée : la climatisation dans les chambres a été très appréciée, toute la maison est très propre et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et font tout pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous le temps du séjour. En résumé, une location formidable où nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables.

Charming, relaxing and quiet.

As frequent visitors to the area, having stayed in a number of Villa’s over the years. We found this to be the most centrally located for supermarkets, airports, restaurants and the coast but you do need a car to get around. Alain and Madame Capdeville are the most courteous of hosts and their English is very good. They are also available throughout the holiday if you have any queries. The house itself is charming and the pool area and terrace are magnificent. The garden is well secured for pets, but the pool we thought is not tiny children friendly but is alarmed. The Spa and seating area are relaxing and you can watch the gorgeous South of France Sunsets and views overlooking the mountains. A very quiet area. Would we stay there again?...Definitely.

Calme et détente

Nous avons passés une semaine dans cette villa qui est fidèle aux photos. Je suis de la région et je peux vous dire que cette maison est une des rares à etre aussi isolée des nuisances de la cote d'azur:-). Vous aprécierez l'exterieur qui est vraiment au top, je n'ai pas d'autres mots, c'est vraiment cet espace de vie qui est à privilégier dans cette région et ce propriétaire l'a vraiment réussi, bravo!. Grande piscine, grand jaccuzi, terrain de boules, table de ping pong, barbecue, grande table avec store pour manger... bref vous ne serez pas décu! Des vacances au calme et détente absolu vous attendent. Je recommande

SUPERBE ENDROIT

Très très bel endroit au calme et très bien situé pour sillonner dans la région. Maison bien équipée mais le plus chouette étant les extérieurs dont nous avons bien profités ! Accueil chaleureux de Madame Capdeville et de son fils. Ils sont charmants et à l'écoute. Dommage finalement qsue nous n'ayons pas pu passer un peu plus de temps ensemble.

Des vacances en toute tranquillité

Nous étions déjà venu l'année dernière et il n'y avait pas la climatisation. Cette année, c'est chose faite !! La clim est installée et, personnellement, c'est tout ce qu'il pouvait manquer au confort de cette villa ! Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi gentils et sont à l'écoute des besoins des locataires. Excellent house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this house. It was very clean, the beds were all very comfortable and the outside space is just superb! Nicely situated close to all tourist attractions yet very quiet. Very friendly owners with a good knowledge of the english language. We would definitively choose the house again if we were to visit the area again!

Un coin de paradis sur terre !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, au calme, dans cette magnifique villa très bien entretenue et très propre. La piscine est géniale pour y faire quelques longueurs. Les photos ne sont malheureusement pas à la hauteur de la réalité ... c'est mieux en vrai !! La seule amélioration qui pourrait être apportée serait la climatisation (surtout pour la chambre du haut). Les propriétaires sont super sympas !

un petit paradis où il fait bon vivre

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa avec nos 3 grands enfants du 29 juin au 7 juillet. Que du bonheur. Les propriétaires sont d'une telle gentillesse. Le séjour a été parfait quoiqu'un peu trop court. Le confort de cette maison est parfait; la literie est d'excellente qualité, la maison et tout l'extérieur très bien entretenus et la piscine, un paradis. Très beau village avec toutes les commodités et beaucoup de choses à visiter dans les alentours. A recommander de tout coeur. Salutations aux propriétaires
