This was a wonderful property to spend time at everything you need for a relaxing holiday, well appointed lovely pool and relaxing area. Within 10 min walk to the nearby shopping parade. Lovely family stay

Very pleased with our recent stay at this lovely villa. Ideal for family of 4. Well equipped with an amazing outside area and particular higjlight being the pool. Quiet area but within walking distance of town of Cagnes sur Mer and also ideally situated to visit nearby areas such as Nice, Antibes or Monaco Much thanks to Marie Louise who was on hand at check in to show us everything and also on hand when we had an emergency situation ! Our holiday in Cagnes- sur - mer

The property was lovely and the pool and garden were great to relax in after a day out. We were three women and each wanted our own rooms. The two upstairs rooms were very nice, but the friend who had the downstairs room found it uncomfortable and really it was a room for a child not an adult. The owners were were very helpful and really went the extra mile - even offering to let us stay longer when our flight was cancelled and taking us to the airport. I would recommend this property and it’s owners

Traumhafte Villa die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir haben 1 Woche mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Ausstattung der Küche bis zum Pool war alles was benötigt wurde vorhanden. Highlight ist natürlich der große Pool umgeben von Palmen und anderen Pflanzen, die einem auch die Möglichkeit geben sich mal im Schatten aufzuhalten. Die Große Terrasse, mit Esstisch und Lounge, war für uns der Mittelpunkt des Aufenthaltes. Im 1. Stock gibt es eine weitere Terrasse mit einer Lounge, die wir vor allem Morgens genutzt haben, wenn sie noch im Schatten lag. Die Vermieterin war auch jederzeit über WhatsApp oder auch telefonisch erreichbar. Sollten wir nochmal Urlaub an der Cote d'Azur machen wollen, werden wir auf jedenfall versuchen diese Villa zu bekommen.

Très belle propriété

Belle villa spacieuse avec un beau petit jardin. La piscine est splendide. Accueil sympathique (avec une bouteille de prosecco au frais). A proximité de plusieurs magasins ou centre commerciaux (dont Polygone Riviera). Vraiment très au calme. Parfait pour des vacances relaxantes.

Superbe séjour dans un endroit idyllique !

Nous avons passé avec mon amie et nos filles ados une très belle semaine dans cette maison où rien ne manque et où l’on se sent bien... Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire à l’arrivée comme au départ Nous avons bien sûr apprécié et profité du barbecue Camping gaz et de la piscine mais avons pris le temps de visiter la région et agréable surprise de voir que beaucoup de jolis coins sont à tout juste 30mn de là voire moins : Juan les pins, le vieil antibes, Biot, St jean cap ferrat et bien sûr Cannes et Nice... Je recommande vivement !

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Familienurlaub in einer sehr gepflegten und sauberen Villa. Die Angaben und Bilder auf der Webseite entsprechen voll und ganz der Wirklichkeit. Alles war sehr sauber, geräumig und gepflegt. Der Pool groß und tief genug, um in auch zu nutzen. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Merci boucoube le 10 fantasique journées.

Villa is lovely. Private pool is a bonus. Property has a/c which was very welcome. Kitchen could have better utensils and microwave didn’t work. Used bbq a lot it was good. Owners live in basement which was a surprise as was not mentioned in advertisement. Stayed for 10 days and property should have had a cleaning service come in at least once during our stay. Had to vacate property by 9.00 a.m which made for a long day waiting for our flight in the afternoon. Villa in good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Lovely villa and hosts

We stayed for a week in the villa at the end of August. The villa was beautifully presented and the garden and pool a lovely place to relax. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, close to the beach and town but far enough to feel secluded.

great holiday location

The villa was lovely with fantastic views from the balcony, the house was well equipped and Mr & Mrs Bonaldi were very welcoming and accomodating. The pool was great and the children were made to feel very welcome. The villa was close to all amentities and was an excellent base to discover the area as it is central to get to cannes, antibes, Nice and monte carlo. I would recommend any one to stay there.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is a wonderful property located a short distance from everything you need while on Holiday. Madame Bonaldi met us with open arms and was very friendly. Her and her husband live in the basement of the home but we never even knew they were there. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. After seeing that we had a 2.5 year old with us Madame Bonaldi even came by one day with a mosquito repellent chain safe for a toddler to give us as the mosquitos that week with the heat wave were quite bad. It was so thoughtful of her and we really appreciated it! We were there during a heat wave so the pool was wonderful to have. We swam in it everyday and were so happy to have a way to cool off from the hot sun. All and all we were extremely happy with the rental and with the kind reception from Madame Bonaldi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing!! prefect for a family holiday.

Amazing house, beautiful rooms and gardens with an Amazing pool, it is peaceful and quite but the main road is not too far off (10min walk). People are friendly and nice and are always willing to help. The couple who own this house are friendly, inviting and gracious.
