This is just the perfect venue to spend family holidays! The house is well equipped and located at a beautiful location overlooking the coastline of Cannes. Very friendly and responsive host.

Breathtaking views in a wonderful house

We stayed in this beautiful house for a week and every time we saw the views, it took our breath away..what a privilege it was to have been able to vacation in this house and neighbourhood, right next door to the Bulles Palace, gorgeous walks in the neighborhood and the house was so well taken care of, it had everything you need to enjoy your holiday! Amandine was such a kind host welcoming us,helping us and she was so sweet to our dogs! We are already dreaming of coming back..such a beautiful breathtaking place!!!

Memorable stay

Stunning views from this property perched up on a hillside overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the city of Cannes in the distance. Excellent communication and seemless check in with our very welcoming host, Amandene, who walked us through the property to ensure we knew how to make the most of it. We are a family of five and had plenty of room, though we wanted to spend as much time on the patio soaking up the sun and the view, Just minutes from beautiful beaches, many of them sandy, and the charming village of Theoule-sur-Mer, where we had a terrific meal at La Coup Fourchette. I would gladly book this villa again should we return to Theoule.

Magnifique vue :Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison avec sa piscine chauffée située à quelques pas du palais des bulles de Pierre Cardin. Une vue privilégiée donnant sur les iles de Lérins et la baie de Cannes que nous pouvons qu'admirer sans se lasser. La plage et le port de Figueirette sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous remercions le propriétaire qui est à l'écoute et réactif. Un grand merci aussi à Amandine pour son chaleureux accueil et ses renseignements.

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Cannes ist atemberaubend. Daher auch die 5 Sterne. Wir waren 10 Tage im Ferienhaus. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und sehr gut mit Möbeln und Grill ausgestattet. Der Pool ist prima. Das Hausinnere ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Es gib eine großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche (umfassend ausgestattet). Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich die drei Schlafzimmer. Der Parkplatz ist abschließbar. Das Haus erscheint teilweise renoviert zu sein. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Geschirr, die Bestecke, Töpfe, Pfannen und sonstige Küchenuntensilien sauber gewesen wäre. Wir haben alles vo der ersten Benutzung gespühlt. Wähernd des Aufenthalts waren der Sonnenschirm und der Pool-Roboter defekt. Beides wurde problemlos und zügig behoben, Danke. Einen größeren Supermarkt gibt es in 9 km Richtung Cannes.

Nous avons été enchantés de passer deux semaines dans cette maison agréable depuis l’entrée jusqu’à la terrasse ou l’on ne se lasse pas de la vue. Bonne literie. Traumhaus in Traumgegend

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist insgesamt recht klein, aber für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend, jedes der Kinder hatte sogar ein eigenes Zimmer. Die Lage und der Ausblick von Terrasse und den beiden großen Schlafzimmern sind ein absoluter Traum ....Postkartenmotiv. Sonnenaufgang auf keinen Fall verpassen! Amandine hat uns einen so netten Empfang bereitet, alles erklärt, super Tipps gegeben und mir sogar am Ende mein vergessenes Tablet hinterher gesand...nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel mehr zu sagen : Bilder und Beschreibung geben die Sache genau wieder. Es ist alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, inklusive zahlreiche lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in der nahen Umgebung. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Une semaine en avril

Un maison agréable dont l’atout principal demeure la vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Cannes et les îles,seul petit bémol l’absence de vraie salle à manger quand on est nombreux.Nous sommes venus un peu tôt en saison ,la piscine n’était donc pas chauffée.Attention à ne rien oublier au moment de faire les courses et le séjour sera parfait..Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Très bon séjour en famille pendant les vacances de la toussaint, tout est conforme à l'annonce: maison très spacieuse, lumineuse avec toutes les baies vitrées, bien décorée, propre à l'arrivée, équipements de qualité (il ne manque vraiment rien, c'est presque "comme à la maison") et bien sur magnifique vue sur la baie. Egalement très bien située pour profiter de cette belle region. Accueil impeccable. A refaire.

Renting Villa, about 100 sq meters, facing the sea on Theoule-sur-Mer, at Miramar, next to « Palais Bulles » of Pierre Cardin. Direct view from the bedrooms and terrace over the sea, Cannes bay and Lérins islands.
3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with dou ble beds and a room with 4 bunk beds). Bedding is provided.
1 kitchen fully equiped with micro wave, washing machine, American fridge, oven, toaster, etc…
