Cosy three-bedroom house in nice villa area with a very large supermarket two minutes walk away and a free van shuttle every 15 minutes to the centre and the numerous beaches, both only 20 minutes walk away from the house. We stayed twice and will stay again!

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage . Julien ist ein super Gastgeber und hat sogar neue Töpfe besorgt weil die alten nach vielen Gängen in der Spülmaschine nicht mehr schön waren. Rund um das Haus gab es viele Möglichkeiten zu sitzen mit und ohne Schatten. Es gibt gute Anbindungen an den Bus wenn man mal nicht mit dem Auto nach Cannes fahren möchte. Die hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit!

Perfect location

We had a lovely holiday again here, the house is in a perfect location for us and everything we want to do. Julien is contactable and helpful as is his housekeeper Christine. Hope we can return again another year.

Fijn huis

Heerlijke vakantie gehad en het weer zat mee. Prachtig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben genoten van het zwembad. Mandelieu is een goede uitvals basis voor tripjes langs de Cote d’Azus van Saint Tropez naar Menton.

Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer super guten Lage, aber leider etwas abgewohnt und nicht ganz so sauber, wie man sich das als Familie mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht gewünscht hätte. Insbesondere die Küche und das Geschirr waren doch recht schmutzig und die Räume könnten insgesamt mal ordentlich geputzt und Staub gewischt werden. Vielleicht wäre auch der eine oder andere Anstrich mal wieder ganz nett. Ansonsten hat das Haus einen super schönen Außenbereich und bietet mit den klimatisierten Schlafräumen optimalen Komfort auch bei heißen Sommernächten.

A generous and comfortable house, even better than the pictures can relate. Extremely well equipped, in perfect shape, very clean, not too IKEA. Slightly odd location close to a big supermarket, and a bit of a walk down to the train station in the beach, but all very doable and with a very relaxed and inviting aura. Lots of attention to detail and a properly, stocked kitchen. Also very friendly Communication.We loved it.

Wir verlebten eine Woche mit der Famille in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage, perfekt für erholsame Tage. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große Pool samt schöner Sonnenterrasse.

Lovely little villa

Our Stay

Our stay was wonderful. From needing for one of our party to check in a few hours early to a plumbing problem the response time and helpfulness was always quick. It is a great location to be able to walk to the grocery store or some cafes.

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine sous un beau soleil.La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce (belle piscine).Un plus pour la proximité des commerces.Bon contact avec la personne qui nous a accueillie.Très bon contact avec le propriétaire.Seul petit point négatif: ne pas avoir pris en compte la vétusté pour le remplacement d'une chaise dont une latte a cassée.Ce qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir avec plaisir :).

Super Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet komfortabel Platz für 6 Personen, hat eine gute Lage. Zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Einkausfzentrum (5 Minuten Fußweg), 30 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Mandelieu-La-Napoule ist ein schönes kleines Dörfchen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Besuch des Mimosenfests und Wandern

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wunderbar der Wintergarten mit Blick in den Garten. Boulangerie und Supermarkt zufuß erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, z.B. im Tanneron-Gebirge mit der Mimosenblüte, und für sonstige Ausflüge. Gut wäre, wenn im Winter die Villa bereits 1-2 Tage vor Ankunft geheizt würde, sofern nicht vorher schon Mieter da waren. Das Tor zur Einfahrt mit dem Auto sollte beidseitig eine Arretierung haben, da ansonsten bei stärkerem Wind das Eisentor beim Ein-/Ausfahren gegen den Wagen schlagen könnte.

Could have been better

Was nice however, there was hardly any chest of drawers to put clothes in. There were not many mirrors. No dressing table to sit and do your make up as a woman.Too many ornaments around and not enough light. Half of the bulbs did not work in the rooms.

Der perfekte Urlaub

2 wunderschöne Wochen an der blauen Küste in einer schönen Villa. Die Kommunikation war im Vorfeld sehr klar, vor Ort genauso. Auf Anfragen vor Ort wurde sofort eingegangen, Mängel direkt behoben. Der Eigentümer war nach kurzer Zeit direkt vor Ort und überaus freundlich. Vielleicht sieht msn sich 2 mal im Leben Villa der 3 Palmen

Beautiful villa in a beautiful town

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, villa was perfect for us all. Handy for the supermarket and bakery. 20 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to other families. Air con would have been amazing but we are from Scotland and not used to the heat!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison. Très bien située, proche du centre et de la plage et en même temps dans un quartier pavillonnaire très calme. Piscine et maison très propres. Des Foutas sont même mises à disposition. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de Clim dans le séjour mais avec les ventilateurs à disposition + Clim dans les chambres, la maison reste fraîche. La personne qui s’occupe de la logistique est très bienveillante et a su répondre à nos demandes malgré notre heure d’arrivée très tardive. Merci beaucoup !

Wundervoll

Wir können dieses traumhafte Anwesen nur weiterempfehlen! Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist perfekt da man in 5 Gehminuten Supermarkt etc. vor der Türe hat. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Die Gesamtausstattung von Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern bis hin zum Gasgrill war sehr gut! Einziges kleines Manko bei der Hausplanung war das das Gäste wc kein eigenes Waschbecken hat aber das ist eigentlich nicht der Rede wert! Der Poolbereich sowie die verschiedenen Terrassen sind sehr gepflegt und der Garten wunderschön angelegt! Der Pool ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen! Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Good value house with pool in excellent area

This house is well located just of the heart of Mandelieu with walking distance access to a very large supermarket open until 10pm every day. The house has three decent bedrooms all with direct access to the garden and pool area and all with air-conditioning. There is one toilet (without a wash-hand basin) and a (large) shower and wash-hand basin in another room. It has a very spacious lounge and a separate eating area in a conservatory style extension. The kitchen is well equipped, if slightly dated. The house would have earnt five stars, if it were not for the absence of a large air-conditioner in the lounge and a wash-hand basin in the toilet and a second toilet in the shower room. Will book again for next year.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ausreichend Platz und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten ist klasse, vor allem wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell und sehr nett geholfen.
