Large area, large open and covered terrace for daily meals. 2 kitchens, 3 fridges, 2 freezers, plancha and BBQ. Ideal for families (ping pong, table football, 1 piano, 4 bikes, badmindton, telescope ...) In the Durance plain. Surrounded by orchard. At the foot of the Alpilles (st remy 15 mins), the Luberon (Oppede 30 mins, Cavaillon 15 mins), Vaucluse (ile sur la Sorgues 20 mins, Vaison la Romaine 45 mins) and Avignon (15 mins). You can walk to the village. Heated swimming pool in the event of a drop in temperature.

Traditional home in provence. Old stone house 120 years old. Large surface, swimming pool (protected by stream pool). Large open terrace for lunch daily. Buitengewone vakantiewoning

Huis en tuin maken alle beloften (foto's, omschrijving, voorzieningen, ...) waar. Reuze woning, bijna overvloedig aangekleed (twee volwaardige keukens, sport- en speelruimte, TV-beamer, enorm veel boeken, rijkelijk ingericht, ...) en uitgestrekte tuin met zwembad en pool house. Efficiënt en vriendelijk onthaal door beide eigenaars, idem bij vertrek. Zalig verblijf voor onze groep (11 personen, grootouders, twee jongere koppels, vijf kleinkinderen) Aanbevelenswaardig !

Que du bonheur !

Splendide villa encore plus belle que sur l'annonce. Propriétaires sympa et très clair dans leurs explications. Villa parfaitement équipée et nous avons profité de la très belle piscine. Bon, on ne peut pas dire que le hameau de Cabannes est intéressant mais la région est tellement belle ....

Une maison idéale pour des vacances familiales

Superbe maison, très bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. Idéale pour vivre en groupe tout en offrant la possibilité à chacun de conserver son intimité. 2 semaines fabuleuses

Nous avons passé 2 semaines fabuleuses. Nous étions 11 personnes de 9 a 78 ans, différentes nationalités et donc différentes attentes. La propriété est incroyable, très belle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, tout se dont vous pourriez avoir besoin est là et même plus (j'ai découvert une machine à Barbe à Papa!), tout le monde a été séduit. La cuisine d'été est super pratique, la piscine un bonheur, les chambres sont grandes avec A/C et trois sont en-suite (une de plus que dans l'annonce!), et il y a des arbres fruitiers dans l'énorme jardin et figues fraiches tous les jours. Tout le monde y a trouvé son compte, des petits (9-10 ans) aux plus agés: il ya plein de jeux pour les enfants (jeux des société comme jeux en plein air: boules, fléchettes, ping-pong, badmington, tir-a-l'arc...), pleins de livres et bandes dessinées à lire (pas uniquement en Français!), et un grand écran pour des séances films sur Netflix pour les plus jeunes. La location est parfaite, à 30 min en voiture de pleins d'endroits très beaux en Provence. Cabannes a un supermarché, des boulangeries, des pizzas a emporter, et tout ça proche de la propriété (facile à pied ou en vélos). Je recommande a 100%. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et avenants, discrets, et la communication très simple et facile. Merci.

We waren met grootouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen, iedereen had de ruimte, prachtig huis, heerlijke tuin. Wij , oudjes, logeerden in het zg “poolhouse” . Dat was ideaal! Een slaapkamer en badkamer, airco, brgane grond. Top! In het grote huis bijna alle kamers airco. Enig minpuntje maar 1 wc boven. Nog wel 1 op begane grond. 2 prima ingerichte keukens en groot overdekt terras (was dit jaar erg warm) . Verder een heerlijk zwembad en groot grasveld, een pingpongtafel en een sportkamer met loopband etc. Veel spelletjes. Voor een grote familie een aanrader!!!

Great property for family holiday

We stayed at this property with family and it was perfect for all ages. Plenty of enclosed garden space and the pool has a cover so we didn’t have to worry about the children. Highly recommend

Une villa très bien équipée avec du mobilier de qualité, une déco recherchée et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous étions 8 adultes et 7 enfants chacun avait son espace. Cuisines très bien équipée. Jeux pour les grands et les petits ✔️ La terrasse couverte est parfaite pour les repas. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute Nous recommandons ce mas et reviendrons sûrement pour de prochaines vacances

Exceptionnel !!!!

Maison grand confort, il y a tout et en plusieurs fois...les cuisines sont hyper pratiques. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement bien accueillants. La maison était d’une propreté impeccable, le jardin magnifiquement bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et parfaitement bien exposée. Multiples activités sports et jeux pour les enfants. Nous avons passé une semaine superbe à 16 sans avoir l’impression d’être nombreux. Proche d’Avignon cette maison est vraiment exceptionnelle !

Merveilleux séjour!

Un séjour parfait dans une maison parfaite ! Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, un grand jardin où les enfants ont pu profiter des multiples jeux extérieurs qu’offre la maison (Ping-pong, badminton, ...), une grande piscine avec des transats et hamacs confortables, le coin barbecue est très agréable le soir: bref, la maison regorge de multiples endroits où chacun, petits et grands, peuvent se relaxer. A l’intérieur, la maison est tres bien équipée avec ses 2 cuisines, ses multiples frigos, ses appareils électriques ( friteuse, gaufrier, ...). Les enfants ont pu faire des parties endiablées de billard pendant les heures chaudes de l’après-midi. C’est vraiment une belle maison familiale où nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et recommandons vivement ce lieu magnifique.

Beautiful property, great grounds............

This is a lovely old farmhouse on the road between Cabannes & Avignon. Despite being only 5 - 10 minutes from the nearest A7 junction there is precious little road noise other than the occasional local delivery truck. It's less than 10mins walk from both local boulangeries, boucherie & pharmacy (where there are also 2 doctors). The place is well furnished with plenty of seating - and the sun loungers/outside chairs all have cushions (even if they do need refreshing in the next year or so). The kitchen is really well stocked with crockery, glassware and cutlery. There are loads of fridges/freezers. The pool is perfect, even if it get completely full of garden debris when it's windy - and the pool man only comes once per week, so you have to clear it yourself. The grounds are pretty huge - must be over an acre - and it's beautiful. There are loads and loads and loads of games from darts to table tennis. There's a great gas bbq unit and a charcoal kettle bbq as well. The recently completed garden studio has a small gym with a couple of machines. There's plenty of effective aircon, and the units have ultra quiet sleep settings - although a couple of the rooms don;'t yet have any aircon at all(including the gym). The only real downside to the property is the lack of bathrooms. The only ensuite is in the studio. There's 1 upstairs bathroom (lovely), and 1 of the bedrooms does have a shower and sink at 1 end (quite why it isn't separated and doesn't have a loo is beyond me). There's also a lovely shower room downstairs and a separate loo. The property is safe - no child is going to get off the grounds alone, although there's no fence round the pool(thank heavens - supervise your kids or educate them!) Going back to the bedrooms, there are 4 really good doubles plus a childrens' room with about 5 singles in it plus a further 3 single beds on an open mezzanine. Plus a double in the studio. The hosts are great - really easy going (typical french insoucience) and speak and write brilliant English, so really easy to interact with them by phone or email. In summary, great property - you live really comfortably here with loads of shade if you want it as well as direct sunshine if you want to cook yourself!

Pur moment de bonheur

Le Mas Cabannes est un vrai petit paradis. Le seul point négatif est qu'il est difficile de reprendre la vie quotidienne après un séjour là-bas. La maison est décorée avec soin, et on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut (matériel, ustensiles, nécessités). Les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous étions 4 familles avec enfants et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés!

Semaine de rêve !

Superbe maison parfaitement équipée, joliment décorée, très fonctionnelle et avec beaucoup d'espace. Le parc est également très agréable ainsi que la piscine. Nous étions 4 couples et chacun disposait d'une chambre spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants.

Fabulous Family Reunion in Provence

Most of our family converged upon Cabannes in late July, 2016, to celebrate our mother's birthday. This house is just lovely, in a quiet, non-touristy town but in an ideal location for day trips to Avignon, Aix and Arles and all the hilltop villages in between. It was a quick trip to the market L'Isle sur la Sorgue, and we spread our wings from Gigondas to Cassis to Sault for the last of the lavender. The home is beautifully decorated, with contemporary furniture and appointments in gracefully proportioned rooms. The kitchen has all the conveniences, and opens to the dining room and living room. The grounds are spacious, and our young adults (mostly college age) had a lot of fun with lawn games and in the pool. We weren't sure if the bathrooms would be sufficient, but there was no problem. (There's an upstairs shower in a bedroom, plus a full bathroom with tub toilet and shower; downstairs there's a room with a sink and rain shower and a separate toilet; by the pool there's also a shower.) The hosts are wonderful, too--hands-on, friendly, and accessible by phone and email, which is helpful for Americans without prior house-renting-in-Europe experience. This is their vacation home and they come down to take care of the place, and only rent it for a few weeks. We all fell in love with it and would return in a heartbeat. A dream come true.
