Cosey holiday beach villa

This villa is situated near Malaga in one of its most popular fisherman's villages.
At a walk from the beach in a quite and private residential area called ¨Benajarafe¨
If your searching for silent surroundings for your family or friends, this will be the right place.

The house is located only 1 minute walking distance from the beach of ¨ Los Rubios¨, famous for its beaches and chiriinguitos "Sea food restaurants"

We are situated only within a 10 minute walk to the closest Supermarket, Gas Station open 24hrs, Malaga´s International Airport is situated only 23 km.

Malaga down town is only a 20 minute drive or you can pick the local bus transport. The city center holds the famous Pablo Ruiz Picasso Foundation Museum, cathedral, city monuments, Castle, Bull Ring, big leisure shopping centers, small shops, restaurants, banks, pubs, disco, coffee, internet café, cinema, churches, markets, pharmacies etc.

When entering the house the hallway gives access to a guest toilet room with shower, fully fitted kitchen, lounge living room and the stairways for the upper floors.

From the living room there is access to the garden terrace with dining table and BBQ.

The living room is spacious and with nice views to the outside house garden.
Equipped with air conditioning unit, decorated with Modern style and in the corner of the living room theirs a large dining includes a dining area for 8 persons with enough space for 1 extra baby chairs.

Taking the stairs to the upper floor we have 4 independent bedroms all fitted with independent A. C units as also a large bathhroom.

The first bedroom is a double bed room appropiate for parents to be close to there kid´s.

Second bedroom is appropiate for couples with independent beds.

Third bedroom called the master bedroom suite is the biggest room of all.

The Forth bedroom has also a double bed

There's also in the upper and last floor a Solarium terrace with comfortable sun beds and 1 brick barbercue with table and chairs.

Car parking is possible to 24 h.
Prices are based on 8 persons.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we have1 babycot and 1 high chair of course.

We also provide bed sheets & towels:
If you require bed sheets and towels please do advise us when you make a reservation. Prices: 10 euros p. p. which includes 1 set of linens, duvet cover, 1 set of hand and shower towels and also beach towels if required.
