Enjoy being close to nature in our charming and rustic mobile home rental! Located just 10 minutes by car from the Sables d’Olonne and its beaches, you'll experience the perfect retreat when you stay in our 45 m2 unit with Mezzanine. You'll love to be just 400m from the sea, tucked away in a lovely park in Talmont Saint-Hilaire. There is something for everyone here - read on for our recommendations. Our mobile home can comfortably accommodate 4 guests but can sleep up to 6!

Our space has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed. An open Mezzanine features 2 Single beds and you'll find a sofa in the living room that can be made into a sofa bed for additional guests. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €12/kit.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Please note that towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €8/kit.

Retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE after a day at the beach and spend time with your group. You can catch your favourite shows and movies on TV for €42/week (plus €5/day for stays over a week) or €70/2 weeks. Reconnect with loved ones back home using the paid Wi-Fi service (1 device) for €20/week, or €30/2 weeks. In the early evening, step out in your lovely 30 m2 garden and furnished terrace and enjoy the fresh air!

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and a multi-function microwave. Share meals and laughs at the dining table with seating.

There are a number of amenities and services you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Mobile Home Campsite Saint-Martin, where our space is conveniently located. Dive into the seasonal heated Outdoor Pool (open from mid-May to mid-September) or the Indoor pool and Hot Tub (open from April to November). Play with your group on the multi-sports ground, tennis court, petanque field or ping-pong table on-site (equipment can be rented on-site for a fee). In the summer, there are FREE activities for kids and teens on-site! The kids will also love the playground with slide and swings. Guest services are available to ensure you have a stress-free stay!

There is outdoor parking available on-site. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €60/stay (one pet permitted per accommodation). Some of these units may be equipped to welcome guests with disabilities - please request this with our team upon booking.

A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive. At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. You will have access to all amenities advertised!

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, a small daily eco-tax of €0.20 to €3, and a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 charged per person. An end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette and dishes) is provided.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

You are sure to have a fantastic stay in Talmont Saint-Hilaire! During your holiday, be sure to visit the lovely beaches in the area. At the end of a great day, our favourite place to eat is Restaurant le Vintage, just a 6-minute drive away! We recommend taking a stroll along the Port Bourgenay to experience the tasty restaurants and beautiful views - the night market is particularly fun! For adventure seekers, we suggest renting a jetski from Jet Explorer.
