Flat located at 700m of the Tanchet Beach (Access by piedestral road along the wild coast).

Access possible in the residence to a heated swimming pool with private beach and tennis (Open from 1st of july to the 31st of August / Payment possible by day or by Week)

Vue mer sympa mais seulement depuis la petite terrasse.Très vaste complexe de vacances ( beaucoup de logements fermés début septembre, donc c'est calme)Je conseille la location pour deux, pas pour quatre, même si le canapé-lit du séjour est confortable, vu la petite surface. Très bon matelas dans la chambre.À 50 m, un joli sentier longeant les rochers, pour de belles balades, mais pour la plage il faudra prendre le bus ou la voiture, ou marcher 20 minutes ( mais cela ne nous a pas gêné ).Des travaux de rénovation ( peinture, crépis...) sont en cours dans les parties communes mais avec beaucoup de discrétion.Je souhaite vivement, pour les futur(e)s locataires, qu'on abaisse la télé du séjour pour plus de confort, et augmenter nettement l'inclinaison de celle de la chambre (changer le support mural) car en l'état, une fois allongé, l'image est très mauvaise. (cela nous a par contre beaucoup gêné...).Il ne manquait quasi rien dans ce logement.Le prix demandé était très correct.

A l’arrivée pas de réseau pour contacter le gérant. Une demi heure à chercher le logement. Pour le tarif demandé, le stricte minimum à disposition dans le Studio. Peu de place pour se déplacer autour du lit, pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateur, lave linge en mauvais état de fonctionnement. Déçu pour les 800 euros demandés .

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend. Sie war sauber und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wasser. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Prachtige locatie niet ver van de plaats en het strand. Voldoende parkeerruimte.

Was heel leuk. Alleen klopt het niet meer dat het restaurant dat naastgelegen is een zwembad heeft. Dat is er niet meer. Wel padelbanen in de plaats daarvan. Klopt niet met de advertentie. Zeer attente host die op vragen heel snel en adequaat reageerde

Une piscine était mentionnée dans l annonce première de la location. En fait cette piscine c est la piscine d un restaurant adjacent et non la piscine de la résidence ; qui plus est elle est fermée car pas aux normes🙁logement très propre mais vraiment exigu et le BZ vraiment pas confortable. Literie de la chambre très bien par contre. Grosses difficultés de connexion. Pour les addicts aux portables ce sera compliqué.
