This home has everything you could wish for - bright living space and comfortable bedrooms with a pool a few metres away and the beach easily walkable. Alain and annick are fantastic hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. thanks you for a wonderful holiday!

Lovely house in peaceful location

We had a lovely week in the house , it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped . Perfectly located for the beach ( 5 minute cycle ride) where there is a surf school , the cycle ways, forest and the marais salants…5 minutes in the car to the Sables d’olonne for shops and restaurants . Lovely and calm , away from the crowds but still plenty to do even with teenagers !

Wir waren von dem Haus und der kleinen Anlage begeistert. Alles war vorhanden um zwei entspannte Wochen dort zu verbringen. Der große Gemeinschaftspool war direkt neben dem Haus. Ein eigener Parkplatz war auch vorhanden. Das Haus war top ausgestattet mit allen Dingen, die man zum Urlaub benötigt. Den Weg zum Strand konnten wir entspannt mit dem kostenlosen Bus Shuttle bewältigen. Zu Fuß ist man in gut 25 Minuten am Meer. Zum Grande Plage und den Geschäften in Les Sables benötigt man etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Annick und Alain.

très agréable séjour

avec nos enfants et petits enfants, nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables. La plage à 2 kilomètres n'a posé aucun problème grâce à la navette tous les 1/4 h que l'on pouvait prendre à une cinquantaine de mètres. Les enfants ont apprécié le grand terrain à coté de la maison ainsi que la piscine. La maison est très confortable, très propre avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour ! Le coté très sécurisé du lotissement a aussi été un atout apprécié.

Tolles Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung in hervorragender Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen privaten Anlage, der Pool ist 10 Meter entfernt. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur ca. 5-7 Minuten, durch das tolle Fahrradwege-Netzwerk, welches gleich neben dem Haus vorbeiführt, kann man sowohl Richtung Les Sables aber auch Richtung Norden oder durch die Marais radeln ohne Autoverkehr. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es mehrere riesige Supermärkte sowie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants (mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten). Es gibt auch einen Brotservice jeden Tag, man muss nur seine Wünsche und leere Tasche abends außen an die Tür hängen (allerdings hat der Service dreimal während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert). Das Haus selber ist toll ausgestattet, es fehlt an gar nichts, Küchenausstattung ist wirklich komplett. Die Vermieter Alain und Annick sind sehr hilfsbereit, und geben einem gut Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Zum Start des Aufenthalts gab es auch liebe und genussreiche kulinarische Willkommensgeschenke. Vielen lieben Dank, wir haben und gleich wie daheim und sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Umgebung

wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal vor Ort, das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Ausstattung top. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Lediglich das Internet war sehr schwach: man konnte keinen Stream anschauen. Das geht aber den Nachbarn genauso: hier kann der Vermieter nichts dafür... liegt wohl am Anbieter. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Maison de vacances spacieuse

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison d’Annick et Alain où rien ne manque. On a été très bien accueilli et ils nous ont donné de précieux conseils notamment pour notre visite au Puy du Fou. La maison est située toute proche de l’océan, et des nombreuses balades à faire à vélo ou à pieds.

Sehr schönes Fwerienhaus

Die Vermieter begrüßten uns sehr herzlich und wir bekamen tolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, liegt unweit vom Meer in den Marais. Wir konnten sehr schöne Fahrradtouren unternehmen und haben den Pool der Anlage, der jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde, sehr genossen. Der (fast) tägliche Bagutettservice einer lokalen Bäckerei rundete den Urlaub ab. Wir kommen wieder ;-)

Sehr schönes Haus, in guter Ausgangslage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus von Annick und Alain. Wir wurden sehr nett mit selbstgemachten Apfelsaft und Brioche begrüßt. Das geräumige Haus liegt in einer kleinen, gemütliche Anlage, von der aus man viel unternehmen kann. Rad- und Wanderwege, als auch das Meer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auf dem Campingplatz nebenan gibt es morgens leckere Croissants. Sables D'Olone als Stadt gibt nicht soviel her, dafür gibt es andere nette kleine Orte in der Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder :)

Great little family getaway

Located right at the end of the pleasant road that leads directly to Plage Sauveterre, this cute duplex house offers a lot for a family: A friendly community, a large communal field with a beautiful tree for kids to climb, a pool just steps from the front door, a fenced-in garden with grill and table, and a generous internal layout that meant there was always a place to play, sleep and shower. Annick and Alain were remarkably kind, even offering up some food from their own storage when we arrived after a very long road trip. They've equipped their house with better-than-rental supplies, with happy colors and excellent maintenance. A bike route is literally next to the entrance, and the free bus to the beach just a minute's walk. We were very pleased with our hosts and with our stay!

Un séjour très ressourçant et très agréable

Un grand merci à Annick et Alain pour l'accueil, les petites attentions culinaires à notre arrivée, les cartes, plans, les documents d'idées à visiter. Vraiment tout était comme sur votre annonce avec la chaleur humaine en plus, ce qui en ces temps est primordial. La région est très reposante et variée. Entre les marais, la mer, la forêt, les plages de sables fin, nous avons pu profiter de tout. Avec le bonus d'avoir accès à une petite piscine de la résidence juste en face de la maison très propre et très calme, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux.

Calme et sérénité

Le logement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans une petite résidence très calme, du coup grasses matinées assurées pour certains et belles randonnées matinales en forêts ou le long de la plage de sauveterre pour d'autres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le passage de la boulangère le matin qui s'en vous déranger vous livre baguette fraîche et croissants ! Merci pour ce beau séjour

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus super wohl gefühlt. Großzügig geschnitten mit einem kleinen aber feinen Garten. Der Grill wurde von meinem Mann geliebt, der Pool von den Kindern und mir. Zusammengefasst: ein perfektes Ferienhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Küche-perfekt ausgestattet Ganz lieben Dank an die netten Vermieter.

Logement très fonctionnel et bien placé

Logement où il y y fait bon vivre, spacieux, bien équipé, idéal pour une famille pour court ou long séjour. A 500 mètres de la plage de Sauveterre, et à côté de nombreux circuits de randonnée, à 10 minutes en voiture d’un supermarché. Nos hôtes sont charmants aux petits soins, des gourmandises de la région nous attendaient, flexibles pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Logement extrêmement propre !
