Super contact avec le propriétaire, trÚs belle villa fonctionnelle et décorée avec soin, ambiance cosy, moderne et chaleureuse. Environnement calme et commerces à proximité. Rien ne manque, une propreté nickel chrome, dépaysement garanti, idéal pour faire une bonne coupure estivale. Les pieds dans l'eau pendant que le barbecue frit, impeccable.

Nous Ă©tions un groupe de 6 amis , la maison Ă©tait trĂšs fonctionnelle, tout le nĂ©cessaire de cuisine y Ă©tait , la communication avec les hĂŽtes est trĂšs simple ils sont trĂšs rĂ©actifs , l’arrivĂ©e s’est faite en autonomie La piscine privĂ©e chauffĂ©e est un rĂ©el plus, nous avons pu profiter de l’extĂ©rieur tous les jours Nous recommandons vraiment que ce soit pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille ! TrĂšs Bien si vous n'ĂȘtes pas trop "Ă  cheval" sur la propretĂ©

Logement trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien situĂ©. RĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e, bien entretenue extĂ©rieurement. Petit bĂ©mol pour les toilettes car mĂȘme si il y en a 2 ils sont situĂ©s dans les salles de bain/douche et quand on est 6 il faut patienter. Concernant la literie, elle commence Ă  fatiguer. Concernant la propretĂ©, les alĂšses de tous les lits n'avaient pas Ă©tĂ© changĂ©es et recouverts de draps housses eux mĂȘmes sales (nous avons tout enlevĂ©). PrĂ©sence de poussiĂšres sous les lits et toiles d'araignĂ©es aux plafonds sans parler d'un mouchoir usagĂ© retrouvĂ© dans un chevet. Nous avons donc du commencer par le mĂ©nage avant de profiter de notre sĂ©jour; dommage Ă  ce prix !!!

Parfait!

Maison trÚs fonctionnelle, trÚs bien équipée. Le cadre extérieur est trÚs joli, la piscine est parfaite pour les enfants (hauteur environ 1,5m). AccÚs au bord de l'océan à pieds en 15min, accÚs aux commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, centre ville) trÚs rapide en voiture. A recommander!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool mit kleinen AbzĂŒgen

Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, das sehr nett eingerichtet und dekoriert ist. Die Betten waren sehr gut und man hat 2 BĂ€der. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein gemĂŒtliches Sofa und ein guter Essbereich. Auch die Terrasse besaß einen guten Essbereich. Folgende Punkte fĂŒhrten dazu, dass wir nicht 100% zufrieden waren: 1.) der Duschhalter im Elternbadezimmer war defekt. Ich denke, dass er inzwischen repariert worden ist. Da eine zweite Dusche im Kinderbad vorhanden war, haben wir diese genutzt. 2.)Bei der KĂŒchenaustattung waren einige Messer teilweise defekt, so dass die Schneide sich beim Schneiden wegbog. Ich denke hier könnte ein neues Besteckservice nicht schaden. 3.)Der Pool war insgesamt recht sauber. Dennoch könnte hier mehr als 1x pro Woche ein Check der WasserqualitĂ€t und des Wasserpegels erfolgen. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes war der Wasserpegel am unteren Limit fĂŒr die Pumpe.

Un séjour plus qu'agréable !!

Nous avons loué la maison pour un weekend pour un mariage au chateau d'olonne. L'accueil s'est tres bien passé, la concierge a été arrangeante. La maison est tres propre, conforme aux photos, un vrai havre de paix. Tres agréable de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine en septembre, meme si l'eau etait un peu fraiche ;) Nous reviendrons dans cette maison sans hésitation !

Belle situation, au calme, dans une résidence avec piscine privée

Villa trÚs bien équipée, accueillante, moderne et fonctionnelle. Jardin agréable, bonne exposition de la piscine (non chauffée, mais pas besoin!). Intimité respectée avec trÚs peu de vis à vis. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour de six semaines, un peu comme si nous étions chez nous. Les animaux sont acceptés, un plus! A noter la gentillesse des propriétaires, joignables, trÚs à l'écoute et réactifs. Bref, à conseiller ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Nathalie
