Comfortable and functional detached house completely renovated in 2017 offers quality services. Furnished house available for rental all year round.
Sunny villa near the beaches and shops (800 m) in a very quiet and airy area for 6 holidaymakers who want to rest and enjoy the beaches.
This house is composed of a very large living room (59 m²) composed of the living room, dining room and open kitchen.
Shower room with walk-in shower (170 X 90), double sinks, towel dryer.
W. C separate.
From March 1, 2020, bedroom N ° 3 will have a 110 x 80 walk-in shower and a toilet, sink.
3 rooms :
Bedroom 1: 10 m² with 160 cm bed.
Bedroom 2: 11 m² with 2 single beds
Bedroom 3: 15 m² with a 160 bed
(From March 1, 2020) Room N ° 3 will have a shower (110 x 80) and WC, sink).

The beds are fitted with duvets (summer-winter depending on the season).
OPTIONAL: We suggest you equip the beds with sheets and duvet covers, pillowcases.
PRICE: € 40 (i.e. € 12 per 160 bed and € 8 per 90 bed).

Towels and linens (tea towels) are provided.

Beautifully presented home with lovely decor. It felt like someone’s home with real character and not a holiday let. Everything was of the highest quality. Well kitted kitchen and comfortable sofas. Bedrooms also nicely laid out and comfortable. Lovely to have a seating area outside and a garden to play boules in! A 15 minute walk to the beach which was handy. Throughly recommended!

Very nice holiday home

The house is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. It is situated in a quiet part of Les Sables and on walking distance of the beach and supermarket. The owners are very friendly people who want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to come to Les Sables for their holiday. Absolutely wonderful

Michel the owner is a lovely & helpful man. The property was the best we have stayed at in France. Everything you would need from bedroom through to garden. As I am disabled we drove everywhere but I’m sure fit people could easily walk to the beach etc. We would thoroughly recommend. The next time we go to France we will definitely be staying here.

Much more than it said on the tin!

The Interaction with Michel prior to booking and later was rewarding and most helpful. On arrival we were greeted and the all important first impression was amazing. This is a discreet urban bungalow outside but becomes a very comfortable boutique apartment inside. Spacious, scrupulously clean and furnished to a high standard. with everything you need. Michel was on hand if needed and on departure we were waved off by Michel, wife Fabienne and daughter Lauren. A fitting end to a superb stay. We intend to return in the future but given the popularity of the property we will need to book well in advance! Thank you to the Bury Family from us both, David and Ann

Excellent location, very comfortable house

We chose the location to be close to facilities, and it was perfect. Could walk to a boulangerie every day, and to the lovely Nonna’s restaurant for a couple of evening meals out. Super U supermarket was about 5 mins drive away, and Internarche not much further. Could have walked to the beach, but it was very hot, and with our beach stuff (and husband’s bodyboard) we drove, and didn’t mind paying 2 or 3 euros to park in the car park right next to the beach. Walked down to the promenade by the beach for coffee and drinks and visited some other towns like Jard Sur Mer, Chaume, and spent a day at Puy du Fou, which was absolutely fantastic! The house was extremely spacious (there was just the two of us), with comfy bedrooms and shower rooms. The decor had been done to an exceptional standard. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve ever seen! The neighbourhood was extremely quiet and peaceful and Michel the owner couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. We will return next year. Highly recommend.

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par le propriétaire dans cette belle maisin des Sables d'Olonne où il ne manquait rien au point de vue vaisselle avec du beau matériel comme si vous étiez chez vous !!! Je recommande vraiment de passer un séjour dans cette belle demeurre.
