In Chateau d'Olonne and on the edge of Les Sables d'Olonne, located 400 m from bike paths, pedestrian paths and the Fault of the Well of Hell, 200 m from the shops of Pironnière (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) , press, coffee pmu,). Convenient, you enjoy the summer, the morning of a daily market. The quiet house is bright and sunny, facing south east. The garden is enclosed and ideal for families, couples with small children, retirees. Further south, enjoy the port of Bourgenay, golf, Jard sur mer or why not the Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, the islands (Noirmoutier, Yeu, Ré).
