The villa has a lovely garden and a private heated pool. The whole constitutes a space of peace and serenity ideal for a successful holiday, both for adults and for children.

Facing south and with a view of the swimming pool and the garden, the main room of some 45 m2 is richly furnished and decorated.
The living room has two leather sofas, the dining area can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee makers and Nespresso); in this inhabited house you will find everything you will need and more.
