About this property

Albizia - Charming gîte in the heart of Perigord - Max 4 people

Welcome to the Domaine de Campagnac, luxury holiday rental, 4 gîtes: two of 4 / 6p and two of 8/10 / 12p all independent and not overlooked, one of which has its private heated pool (the Dryer). All our cottages are air conditioned and have free WIFI access.

We are located 1.8 km from the lovely village of Carsac and only 7 km from Sarlat, 2 km from the Dordogne, its beaches and its activities: canoeing, fishing, cycle paths, mountain biking tennis, and close to tourist sites , caves, gardens, castles to visit in Périgord.
These charming lodgings have all the necessary comfort for a stay in peace.
Each one has its equipped kitchen, the shaded terrace in summer, complete with a garden furniture and a barbecue. The plus: Each bedroom has its own bathroom and WC.

You will especially benefit from the superb heated swimming pool, and the SPA-Sauna space that can be privatized with the 24-hour schedule, to be used without moderation, so that your stay rhymes with sweetness and pleasure.
The Dryer and the Sheepfold from Saturday to Saturday (during school holidays)
Catalpa and Albizia from Sunday to Sunday (during school holidays)

Isabelle and Pascal, who fell in love with the region, were able to offer you the best of the Dordogne with respect for local architecture.

We built these lodgings in the local architectural tradition, as if we wanted to live there ourselves.
We built with natural products and took great care in choosing the decoration and the harmony of colors.

These rentals with their terrace have a clear view of the valley, are at the heart of the golden triangle of the Périgord noir. Close to all the major sites to visit in the region.
While being in absolute calm, only 5 minutes from the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Caneda, close to the Dordogne and its water sports,
 de Lascaux, Padirac, Rocamadour, Roque Gageac, castles to visit, chasms and caves. One week is rarely enough to
 discover all our heritage.

très bon séjour mais....

Très beau cadre, belles prestations conformes à l'annonce mais un peu déçu car prix de location nettement plus élevé sur Abritel par rapport au prix du propriétaire sur son site internet. Et forfait ménage en plus, obligatoire....

Qualité / prix pas à la hauteur.

J’ai été informé , après avoir réservé, que les draps et les serviettes étaient facturés en supplément et le ménage aussi. Et pour un montant élevé ! Les lieux et la maison sont bien moins beaux que sur les photos. Pas de table de salon ! Amenez votre sel, poivre ,... papier hygiénique , savon.... .Et charbon ...etc ...si vous voulez utiliser le barbecue . Accueil froid par les propriétaires. Pas très sympathique tout cela... Bref nous sommes très déçus ! C’est très cher pour des prestations qui laissent à désirer .

A beautifully furnished and decorated gite in a gorgeous location

My friend and I enjoyed three nights in this lovely gite. It is in a great location near Sarlat and is really well fitted out. The location makes it very handy for so many places in the Dordogne. We were a little disappointed after handing over an extra 100 euros for cleaning, bedding and towels to find that the kitchen had no basic essentials such as a tea towel, dish cloth and washing up liquid. We had to go out and buy these. As a gite owner - and having stayed in several gites in France - I find that the basic and little things provided just make a holiday perfect. Had these been in place then I would have had no diffiulty in rating the gite as 5 star. I would have no hesitation is returning at a future date but would be sure to take cleaning items with me.

Vivement conseillé

De belles prestations et beaucoup de confort pour ce gîte haut de gamme. Le cadre est magnifique et calme. La situation est parfaite pour visiter les plus beaux sites de Dordogne et même du Lot (en pleine nature bien qu'à quelques minutes de Sarlat).

un havre de paix idéalement placé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au coeur du périgord noir dans ce gîte. Beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants et les grands (accrobranche, canoë, visites de châteaux, musée de préhistoire) pas loin (max 30 mn), détente maximale le soir au spa, calme environnant, jeux pour les enfants très appréciés à côté du gîte(balançoires et toboggan, maisonnette), hôtes très accueillants et à l'écoute, belle décoration intérieure n'oubliant pas le côté pratique (rangements, cuisine). Nous avons été ravis !

Excellent séjour au Domaine de Campagnac

Nous étions dans la maison nommée "L' Albizia". Elle était parfaite pour nous qui étions 4 (dont un enfant dormant dans un lit parapluie). La location était de bon confort, bien aménagée et propre. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un très beau temps et avons donc profité pleinement de la terrasse (avec un très beau panorama) et les installations à disposition (jeux pour enfants, piscine, sauna). La location est bien située quand on veut visiter autour de Sarlat... et Rocamadour dans le Lot est à moins d'une heure. Bref, que du bien à dire sur ce Domaine ; les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont très bien accueillis.

Excellent séjour

Très beau domaine , bien entretenu , gite tout neuf , meublé avec beaucoup de goût , petit déjeuner très copieux dommage nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa , nous le ferons une autre fois !!!
