During holidays or a short stay, we welcome you in a green and peaceful setting, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Charming cottage with terrace in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.

You will appreciate the complete equipment and the comfort of the "vigne" gîte:
On the ground floor... a fully equipped living room / kitchen, a bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs... an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Excellent in everybway

A simple, well equipped gite in a lovely peaceful setting, with only two other gites and an excellent pool. Alexandra is a friendly and helpful host.

CALME au coeur de la NATURE

Erholung pur

Wunderschön gelegenes Häuschen diekt am Waldrand, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Oberes Stockwerk über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar, mit moderner Klimaanlage für sehr heiße Tage. Oberes Bad mit Badewanne. Erdgeschoß bleibt angenehm kühl, moderne Rolläden zur Beschattung, Bad mit Dusche und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet und ist gleichzeitig der Eß/Aufenthaltsraum. Im Außenbereich hervorragende Möglichkeiten zum chillen, sitzen, baden im Pool. Wir konnten auch unsere ebikes bei Alexandra in einem Lagerraum unterstellen, wo sie auch Fahrräder für Gäste stehen hat. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und Alexandra ist eine sehr aufmerksame, liebenswerte Person, die uns sogar mit selbstgekochter Marmelade den Urlaub versüßt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haus im Wald mit Pool in der Sonne

Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet und still. Außer den Schritten der Nachbarn auf dem Kies vor dem Haus hört man nur die Vögel oder begrüßt den einen oder anderen Salamander auf der Fensterbank. Wissen müssen Menschen, die wie wir 70 Jahre oder älter sind, dass die Treppe ins Obergeschoss sehr steil ist, dass das Haus nicht unterkellert und deshalb bodenkalt ist, wenn das Wetter nicht freundlich ist, wohltuend klimatisiert aber bei Hitze, weil auch die Bäume ums Haus herum das Klima im Haus mitbestimmen. Es gibt eine Elektroheizung, die ebenso gut funktioniert wie die anderen Geräte im Haus. Der Swimmingpool, in der Sonne liegend, aber unbeheizt, hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Hier kann man sich ausruhen von einem der Ausflüge zu all den Sehenswürdigkeiten, die in wenigen Kilometern von hier aus zu erreichen sind. Die Lage des Hauses ist dafür ideal. Es ist sehr ruhig, aber nah. An Freundlichkeit , einem herzlichen Lachen und Hilfsbereitschaft hat es nie gefehlt, uns beiden aber ein Mixer. Den benutzen wir zu Hause oft und gern. Bei Bedarf also mitnehmen! Wir empfehlen sehr den Supermarkt Leclerc in Sarlat und als Restaurant das unterhalb der Burg Montfort. In beiden Einrichtungen bekommt man alles, was das Leben genussvoll macht.

Schöne Landschaft aber fast 14 Tage Regen

Eigentlich ein nettes und auch sehr sauberes, aber etwas enges Häuschen, und Mobiliar zum Teil, wie zB Sofa schon etwas abgewohnt (und Sofa reicht gerade für 2 Personen) Leider hatten wir Pech und es hat in den 14 Tagen (Mitte Mai) 12 Tage geregnet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ruhiges Haus auf großem Grundstück

Auf dem Grundstück fanden sich drei Ferienwohnungen in einem Haus, räumlich sehr schön getrennt, sodass man sich überhaupt nicht von den anderen Mietern gestört fühlen mußte. Sehr schön, auf einem großen Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand gelgen. Abends absolut lautlos! Der Pool fügt sich gut in das Grundstück ein, er ist etwas abseits von den Häusern gelegen, was schön ist. Er ist so groß, daß er zum Schwimmen geeignet ist.Tiptop mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich und unkompliziert, sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr praktisch sind die zwei Badezimmer. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind kürzlich angeschafft worden, man schläft insofern nicht in "Omas alten Betten" oder benutzt altes Geschirr. Super Gegend und Haus, wir kommen wieder.

Séjour très agréable et très bon accueil.

La propriété se trouve sur les hauteurs de Calviac-en-Périgord dans un endroit calme et très bien entretenu. Alexandra nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques sur la région. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous gardons précieusement l'adresse et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner et à recommander cet endroit.

Un lieu très apaisant et une propriétaire très accueillante

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable aux gites Aloé, au calme. Les gites sont très bien isolés phoniquement. La mitoyenneté des gîtes n’est du coup pas du tout un problème. Excellent accueil de la part d’Alexandra.

Wunderbare Atmosphäre!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage direkt am Waldrand auf einem riesigen, wunderschönen Grundstück mit zahlreichen Bäumern, Sträuchern und Blumen. In der Mitte ein Swimming-Pool. Ein kleines Paradies! Trotzdem erreicht man in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto den nächsten großen Supermarkt. Sarlat, die zahlreichen romantischen Dörfer ("plus beaux village de France"), Schlösser und vor allem die weltberühmten Höhlen mit ihren Wandmalereien sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (sogar eine Waschmaschine). Die Gastgeberin, Alexandra, ist sehr nett und hilft mit wertvollen Tips für Besichtigungen und Spaziergänge direkt vom Grundstück aus. Wenn man möchte, kann man von ihr auch mehr über die Region und ihre Menschen erfahren. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter!

Ce gîte est à la fois idéalement placé pour accéder aux principaux sites touristiques de la région, tout en se tenant à l'écart de la circulation, perché sur les hauteurs, en pleine nature et en bordure de forêt. Le gîte en lui même dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires à un bon séjour et est d'une propreté impeccable. L'hôte, Alexandra, est très sympathique et a été très agréable et disponible du début à la fin, avec une vrai volonté de nous faire passer un agréable séjour. Elle a d'ailleurs pensé à tout et a concocté de petits guides disponibles dans le gîte avec les bonnes adresses, les choses à faire ou à voir, ou tout simplement des adresses utiles.... Bref, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Séjour Bucolique à Calviac

Excellent séjour à Calviac ! On arrive dans un petit écrin de verdure loin des routes et dans un véritable havre de paix. Les enfants peuvent courir et s'amuser dans de nombreux recoins. Le gîte est très agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Idéal pour sillonner les environs entre Dordogne et Lot. Nous avons adoré nos vacances de printemps. L'accueil de Madame TRESSE est chaleureux et prévenant : draps faits à l'arrivée, présence de serviettes sans qu'on en ai fait la demande. Bref, c'était parfait ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement !
