Very charming 2-storey Provencal house in a private residence with guardian in between the 2 well-known villages of Biot and Valbonne, 15 minutes away from the sea of Antibes, Cannes and the whole Cote d'Azur.
The villa is exposed to the south in a very calm position with its own garden and swimming pool. Very calm neighborhood, no face2face in the garden.

Ground floor: very large bedroom (with double bed, its own bathroom, separate shower and tub in the bathroom), and all necessary space for clothes.
Very large living room and spacious kitchen, all recently renewed with clear parquet and modern lighting. Large TV set (French and Astra satellite channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video).

First floor: second comfortable bedroom with double bed, and private bathroom with shower and tub. Third room has a bed 130 cm wide. Office/room with single folding bed.

Large swimming pool and 3 tennis courts available in the residence.

A supermarket, pharmacy and other shops are within walking distance from the house.

Bon séjour mais des améliorations à prévoir

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, hôte très disponible et à l'écoute, très bon accueil. Cependant la maison est un peu laissée pour compte... poêles vétustes, literie à changer, robinneterie salle du bain du haut à changer, 2 transats pr une maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes... salon de jardin abîmé et troué sur un des accoudoirs... plein de petits détails qui viennent un peu gâcher le cadre compte tenu du prix.

Overall experience was wonderful

Better than appears in photos. Had everything we needed apart from perhaps air con in bedrooms! But fans were provided. . Owner was delightful and very helpful. Excellent location with nice tennis courts and supermarket less than 5 mins away.

Excellent villa!

This villa has all what you need and furnished with high standards. It's a modern contemporary villa with a feel like one's home. It's also located in very secure and peaceful environment away from traffic noise or any other disturbance. Garden and pool area are also secluded and not overlooked. Location is very convenient for cycling, since it's in the foothills, but coastline is only 8km away. There's a lot less traffic North of Valbonne than close to the coast line. We spend four weeks in this villa and have been in Cote d' Azur several times. Valbonne is one of the nicest medieval villages in the whole area. This accommondation is highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful villa

Really wonderful place in a closed domain with 3 tennis courts just a few steps away so a paradise for tennis players. We enjoyed our stay there really well and in fact so well that this was our second time. Highly recommended.

"My family and I stayed in this wonderful villa in July 11-18 2015. Relax, sun, elegance, space, the colors of Provence..... Well positioned to visit Cannes, Antibes. Did not really want to leave the house and go to the beach. Really recommended."

Fantastisk hus i Valbonne.

I eit roleg villastrøk i landsbyen Valbonne,oppdaga vi virkeleg den provanske sjarm.Huset hadde alt ei fam kunne tenke seg meg gode utemøbler og eit fantastisk basseng.Veldig sentralt til alle dei skjønne byene langs Rivieraen og ikkje minst til dei små gamle landsbyane i provance.Husverten kom med gode anbefalinger. Det var eit kjøpesenter i nærheten der vi handla all mat og tilberedte på eit velutstyrt , moderne kjøkken.Det var eit pluss at både handkle.sengkle og reingjøring var med prisen.Vi kjem gjerne igjen.
