Casa Ulivo in the countryside

We offer a genuine welcome immersed in the hills of the Val di Noto, among olive and almond trees we guarantee complete relaxation and typical southern Italian hospitality. Ours is a small farm covering 2.5 hectares, we produce eggs, vegetables, fruit, our cheese, salami, house bread, olive oil and almonds. We have animals like chickens, dogs, parrots, quails, a turtle, and our horse Cyrus!

Interesting place to stay. Location good for exploring Noto, Suracusa, Ragusa,etc

Interesting “hobbit house” like cottages in the countryside on a working farm. The set up and surroundings were beautiful. We had dinner “50 euro for two people” and breakfast 5 Euro. Dinner was delicious, ample and came with local wine. We bought two bottles of their olive oil. Breakfast was OK. Both were served by the father who wasnt unfriendly, but perhaps may be getting tired of the tourism business??? We also had trouble finding the place. The directions should have mentioned to follow the signs for U Samborgia. Overall, we are in the fence on whether we can recommend this place. Maybe if we stayed longer than one night…

Malheureusement pas fidèle aux photos présentées dans l’annonce

Pas une belle expérience, lieu difficile à trouver. Acceuil pas sympathique, lieux communs poussiéreux, ne correspondait pas aux photos. Nous avons quitté le lieu rapidement car très décevant, pas de remboursement total possible. Relation difficile avec le propriétaire. Le seul problème pour un voyage de 3 semaines.
